Hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff where excellent. It was perfectly located on Les Rambles. The decor was quaint, but it made it more homely! Brilliant all day breakfast too! |

Staff pleasant Reception area on level 1 above street. Rooms there and on 3rd floor. Lift not working while I was there. |

Hotel was ideally located right on Las Ramblas, hotel has AC and a lift, the 24 hr buffet was great allowing us to come in and have a cold beer during the day. Staff was friendly. The hotel could be better marked, walked right by it the first time. |

In the middle of town, easy access to city centre and tourist sites. Free internet was good with excellent connection. Food was terribly poor. Furnishings in the bedroom were tatty and the pink colour scheme was not tasteful. The brochures for the hotel were misleading and did not reflect the very average quality of this hotel. |

The staff was extremely helpful with everything from directions to metro info.They even allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out so we could go shopping. |

I loved the location of this hotel, right on the Ramblas, everything was in easy walking distance. The free drinks 24 hours was a great touch! Although there was a 24 hour buffet, there didn't seem to be anything specific to breakfast, but it seemed to be the same thing all the tim. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was very good food available 24/7. It was in a perfect location. The entrance was in such disreparir we were almost afraid to go in. Past the lobby, the building was worse. Our room had french doors that opened to a small outside space that must have backed up to the laundry, and water leaked from behing a wall into this enclosed area and looked unhealthy. The bathtub walls had mold on them. |
