Everything was OK!May be the price is too hight,but this is normal for all places in Barcelona:)The staff are great and friendly!This is better for all guests because if you need of any information you'll receive it! If you have computer into reception will be better for guests,but this is not important because only few meters(about 200)you can find Internet club(1 euro/hour) |

The hotel is small and quiet in the back side. The rooms are confortablebut not very big, I would describe it as a very efficient and confrtable hotel well located, with a big plus it has a parking of its own The breakfast is expensive for what it is and they don't have a computer for the use of guests...my portable broke down. I think it could be very useful if they rented out p c toguests if they don't have their own...the second time I needed one, they very kindly let me use theirs, specially because I had to print out my boarding passes |

The location was good easy access to all parts of city, staff very friendly, enjoyed the garden area in the evenings. Drinks very reasonably priced. Room was nicely furnished and bathroom very good. We stayed at the front of the hotel on the 7th floor and unfortunately it was noisy at night. Being on the 7th we anticipated a good nights rest but were woken on average three times per night. |

We've lived in Barcelona and so were looking forward to being back. The hotel is in a great location- well located, easy access to everything. It was clean and functioned well for us (two couples). Nice rooms with all amenities. The staff was fine and front desk great except for one desk clerk (with ring in lip and I think American or British) who was extremely rude. Except for that one person, I would highly recommend this hotel. Good value for the money. Extremely rude desk clerk with rings in lips and worked nights. He was not Spanish and responded rudely first to my questions and later to the other couple my husband and I were with. It is a shame b/c the rest of the experience with the front desk and hotel was great!! |

We really liked this hotel, it was just enough away from the main strip, but still close enough to see everything. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful. Cant say a bad thing about it! |

Hotel staff very helpful. Hotel very neat and clean, only small problem was the airconditioning was a bit noisy and we couldn't sleep. Air conditioning a bit noisy. |

Free cable internet Hotel is way overrated. Definitely doesn't deserve to be a 4 star hotel, kind of a ok 3 star hotel. I made my reservation 2 weeks in advance and I asked for a quiet room. I paid 173 per night. They gave a room on the street side and was very noisy. When I asked to be moved they didn't have any available rooms on the back side. I stayed for 3 nights and only for the last night they moved me to a quiet room. The first room, the bathroom had long woman's hair on the floor and you could see green mold/stain on the faucet. Tv was really small in the room. The second room, one of the bathroom ceiling pieces was broken and was moving each time you open the door. I guess kind of older hotel. |

The price for a 4-star hotel room - quite attractive. The bottom line - the room was extremely small, even smaller than a 3-star hotel that we used a few days ago. Nevertheless, clean, ok, large bathroom, horrible view (towards a stone wall) and underpowered AC. Friendly staff, overall - ok. Room was way too small. And the view - stone wall...and incredibly small LCD TV - my computer monitor is bigger than that! |

The hotel is in a good location: Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, and the Bari Gotic just a few blocks from there. There are lots of good restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff were helpful and polite. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. |

This hotel has an excellent location and is very, very clean. The bathrooms are spotless. It was really excellent value for money- I got an amazing deal through booking.com. For families with kids: Although it doesn't have a pool, it has a playground in the back! You have to pay for wireless internet |

Everything was perfect!The room was exactly as it shows on the photos and the hotel is at the best area of the city! Michael (he is on the night shift on the reception) is very very polite and helpfull and he speaks english fluently! I will recommend this hotel to everyone! |
