the room was really nice, with a big bathroom, a lot of space and comfortable beds. we stayed for 3 nights and we didn't get new towels even when we put them on the floor, they just hung them up again.... it was also a little noisy, but we had the last room at that corridor. we thought the room would be payed in advance like other hotelrooms that we booked with this website, but it wasn't, so we had to pay there with creditcard.i didn't know if we payed twice or not, in that moment we were a little in doubt. |

Very central for what we wanted. Lovely rooms. Very good indeed and would definitely recommend it and go back there for a future visit to Barcelona. Nothing. Staff very helpful. Good selection of restaurants in vicinity. |

its 10 min walking distance from center. its not about the hotel, but i was confused when the hotel asked me for the payment. i thought i paid through booking.com, but the hotel confirmed that no payment were made. and booking.com only gets CC details as insurance and not for payment. This took some time for me to figure and call my bank to confirm that this was the scenario. Apart than that everything went fine. thank you |

The staff were very friendly and eager to help whenever they could. Very short walk from la rambla loads of busses and subways nearby, really really well located The only complaint i have really is the walls are quite thin and we could hear the people next door pulling their curtains in the morning and also traffic outside could be heard but its not really a huge issue after a night out beering you dont notice as much :) |

Near to pharmacie, supermarket, metro station and good restaurant (open till 2am). If u dont mind the walk, it's only 10m away from pl catalunya. Its also very safe to walk at any time of the day or night. For those that don't master the native language and want to see some tv before bed, there are no english channels. Its not sound proof at all. U ear everything from your neighbour going to the bathroom, people on the hallway and on the street as well. |

The hotel was 3 minutes walking from the underground stop. Nothing else was appreciable ! Everything was unconfortable, ugly and unpleasant. The bad smell in the room and all around was disgusting. It seemed the room had not been cleaned since years.... Nothing had grace! In addition to make everything worse, the staff was ill-mannered, rude and boor. Definitively highly not recommended ! |

del comte exceeded my and my friends' expectations.. we like it.. location is fair and deserved each cent paid.. i recommend this hotel strongly.. if i go barca again for sure same one.. |

nice rooms, clean, friendly staff if one is going for shopping at barcelona this hotel is not ideal as it is about 15-20mins far away from the center, but if one gets a taxi from la rambla to the hotel it will only cost about Eur5. |

Good hotel, nice rooms, good location, only 7 blocks from plaza catalunya, you can easily go by foot. Near some restaurants and bars. 100 mts from metro station. Very good overall. |

One staff member was very helpful during a crisis.Rooms very clean. Good breakfast. One staff member was less than helpful. Failing to be of assistance to me when arriving after stolen wallet, no money, no food and no drink and "who cares?" attitude. Noises easily heard from next room and corridor. |

The hotel was OK, clean and comf for this level of price. Personel was also ok. The only thing is that our towels have not been replaced even once during our 3 day stay there. |

if you want a good clean basic hotel,just to use as a base with pleasent staff which is only two stop on the metro from the main plaza & los ramblios , lt ticks the boxes the laminate floors in hallway are very tinny, that may annoy some peopie . |
