The location + the cuteness + clean + nice view from the Joiner suite only. The shower was damaged and the room service was poring and they didn't do the services for the 4 star hotel like confirming the airlines ticket and this kind of stuff |

We just stayed overnight and the only thing good I can say is the veranda was lovely and the pillows comfortable. There is no direction on the funky light system, door latches, shower instruction and the sink didn't drain. When the staff arrived to fix the drain, it was an issue many times before because you could see the scraped marks from the key they used to pry it open. The only thing the staff would say is how people have complained before. This hotel needs air conditioning!!!! |

absolutely beautiful hotel. best room of my 8 days spent in hotels across spain. we stayed in 801 which was the top floor of the hotel. it had a beautiful view of sagrada familia and a beautiful deck to view it from. sagrada familia was in walking distance which was very convenient. parking near by was helpful but you need to reserve it early as i believe there are only five spots assigned to the hotel - clean room - very friendly staff - only cost about 8-10 euro by taxi to barri gotic and las ramblas(areas with good shopping and meals) |

Lovely interior design. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Only 5 min. walking to La Sagrada Familia, while the metro is just 1min away. We stayed in room 701 (next to the elevator) and it was extremely noisy. |

The reception staff was very helpful and changed our room from from smoking to a non smoking one, at my request, once arrived there. I had booked a smoking room, but when we checked in, it was half the size of the one presented on the internet, and smelled badly. I liked the promptitude of the receptionist - he changed our room immediately with a better one, who looked exactly like the one presented on the internet. I also liked the breakfast - for approximately 13 eur per person, you can have a better breakfast than at any tapas bar you find all around Sagrada Famiglia. When I called the reception to make sure my reservation made through booking.com was ok, I asked a room with a view to Sagrada Famiglia. The lady replied "all rooms have a view to Sagrada Famiglia"...which is not true...the famous landmark is at 7 minutes distance walk and from the hotel, you can barely see its tops... |

Yes. Very fine view of Sagrada Familia and sun set over mountains around Barca. Try the top floors ! Nice room/place for a short city visit. No wine opener in room but reception/bar will gladly share one with you |

All standard rooms were busy, so we got a suit on 8th floor with big terrace and gorgeous view on city and Sagrada Familia. We highly recommend this hotel for rooms from floor 6 up. Below the view can be not so good. Furthermore location is very good. 10 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. Staff very kind. Parking place about 7 minutes walk from hotel, but for 17€ only (in Barcelona it is "only"). Air conditioner was gurgling on the morning. |

The suite has a great terrace, great view, real deluxe rooms. The elevator makes to much noice in room 801, kept me from sleping sometimes. A real bummer for such a great room. |

The room was a good size and the view of the Sagrada Familia was amazing.. especially from room 705... not all of the rooms have the view.. also the subway Monumental stop is right directly outside of the room so that is a great plus the atmosphere and the area.. the atmosphere was kind of dry and boring and the area directly around the hotel is not so great.. on the corner of two major roads with lots and traffic and not much going on... |

Had a fantastic view of the Sagrada Familia from the window of the hotel room... Though you will only get the view with some of the room of course... We were in 705 which was a perfect view!! The area is kinda of dead and the hotel has no atmosphere or life to it... |

Very courteous staff. The rooms and bathroom are beautiful. I was given a suite for one of the first nights, at the same rate as a regular room, and although is just a bit bigger than a regular room, it has a terrace with 180 degrees view of Barcelona. The metro is just outside the hotel what makes it very convenient. The neighborhood is a safe one. I really recommend this hotel. |

The hotel is located approx 2,5 km from the train station Placa Catalunya; there are taxis available for a reasonable price. Sagrada Familia is located 3 min walk from the hotel. Good and quiet place. The atmosphere is not very romantic even though we had chosen the romantic package. Good for short business stays. |

Friendly and approachable staff makes you feel at home in the hotel. It is very close to the Metro station so you can easily navigate yourself around the city. The room is quite compact but interior designing compensated for it. |

Comfortable hotel with a very good and helpful stuff. The location is great with a metro 50 meters from the hotel and short walk from Segrada defamiliya. We were first introduced with a small room and after asking, the rooms were replaced with bigger ones breakfeast was nice but not a good value for 17 euro |

50m to metro - two stops to center - and 5 min. walk to sagrada familia. Always noisy street but after a tiring day it was not important for us. Staff and breakfast were ok. Although our room was small, bathroom was interestingly spacious. |
