This is a seriously bad hotel. The rooms are old and dirty. The towels are filthy. The beds are old. They call you in advance and offer to upgrade your room to an "exclusive room" which has only cleaner bed sheets. Something really strange for me: Cigarette smoke is blowing into the room from the airco system. Overall it resembles a highway motel, and it is fair to call this hotel a 1 star or 2 stars hotel. |

very good location, it's easy to find and to use metro/Renfe, and it's also safe. The staff were good because they asked my question before I went and solved problem soon!!! |

the newly renovated (2006) executive rooms are nice and have a balcony although some of them are nicer because they have a different shape! Look for a corner one with view towards the mountains!; the breakfast buffet special for € 10.- p.P.; very helpful, nice and young staff; 4 subway stations away from "Placa de Catalunya"; huge grocery store in the same builfing complex; easy to catch the tourist sightsseing bus (very close) you have to pay for in-room safe extra (€ 3 per night); parking is a bit pricy ( ca. € 22 per night); neighborhood is NOT downtown but very close to plaza de espana (10 min walk) |

The staff were very pleasant. Very disappointed with the standard of the rooms - not a 4 star Hotel. How it can advertise as a four star hotel when the rooms are of a 2 star standerd. Staff are very nice, and the rest of the hotel fine but rooms very poor. |

During my trip to Barcelona, the payments will increase by any circumstances, the hotel didn't have a normal room with the booking price in your condition so you have to shift to the more expensive one, then the breakfast and Internet is not included and you'll charge a big difference at least for all of these. |

The staff are very helpful, location is excellent to Barcelona Sant station It is too far away from a four star hotel. The room seems to be really old. However, for the price it is not that bad. |

the hotel is very close to train station, reception people are very nice and helpful. after we arrived at the hotel, the hotel management provided us with a package of useful info, like city map, a CD, brochures about the city-it was very nice. also, close to a metro station-easy access to city center by public transport. the hotel is far from being a 4 star hotel, though if you need to save the money for a taxi to go the BCN its a good value for money. |

From Barcelona Air port terminal 1 there is driect train to Sant station, which takes about 20mins, and then another 5 mins walk you are in the hotel, this is an business class hotel with good facility and only few station away from the city centre. |
