All guests must contact the property directly prior to travel to advise of their anticipated arrival time in Barcelona and make check-in arrangements (contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site). Check-in is available from 14:00 onwards; those arriving earlier may store luggage at the property office, 1 Carrer Pescatería. The office can be contacted by phone from 10:00 until 18:00.
Upon arrival at the airport, all guests must call the mobile phone number provided on the Booking Confirmation. This number is available from 10:00 until 02:00 (Monday-Sunday).
Please note that check-in after 20:00 is subject to a surcharge.
Group bookings:
For reservations of more than 3 rooms, a prepayment is required: once the reservation has been made, the hotel will contact the customer to agree on the payment method.

The apartment I lived with two of my friends were single, I liked the apartment clean furniture as well as the tools available in the kitchen, as well as the amount of privacy, you feel like home. There is no sound insulation between the neighbors, and it is look like you live with them in the same apartment. but any way I'll recommend this apartment for my next visit of the Barcelona. |

It was right in the centre of the awesome Barcelona Las Ramba 'life'. it was an experience that I would definately enjoy again. The girl at the office when we arrive was very helpful and went out of her way to try to accommodate us! Unfortuanately we only had bath towels - no face, hand or dish cloths and the bed was very uncomfortable. |

Excellent location, kitchen (dish washer included), heating, great price. Suitable for families. No reception. Check in may be a problem. Can only check in after 3PM. No room service. Room did not cleaned for 6 days. Used same towels. |

Our booking form did not indicate we had to telephone ahead- we had to wait in a bar for over an hour before someone came out to let us in to our apartment.No staff at apartments and we were very disturbed by a noisy group of young English men. |

Excellent location, secure, reasonably clean. Free washing service picked up and delivered the same day. The staff is not there so communication is over the mobile phone as there is no land line phone in the apartment. It would be good to have some brochures about the area, places to eat, visit etc. We discovered an excellent food market 2 min from our apartment only on our last day. |

Very clean modern apartment in excellent location There is no reception as it is an apartment and following an incident with a faulty door in the early hours of the morning we had to stay in a hostel! After initially being refused a refund as we did not carry the contact number card we were refunded after we wasted half of the following day waiting for the handyman to get into our apartment and mend the door! We were also moved to another apartment. My only advice is if you go out anywhere carry a mobile and the contact card! |

Position was excellent, and pretty well kitted out, Good value in an expensive city. Itwould have been helpful to have salt and one or two other very basic things; it was a pain to buy. Blind in living room was dodgy. |

Excellent location, and the staff, while not on the premises, took care of any issues promptly. The apartment was well taken care of and clean, and had a great kitchenette. Very updated, esp. for an old European city center location. Everything you need is within 1/2 block - grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants. No parking, altho there is secured parking within a block or so, but that's very expensive. The 1st apt. we were in, had an infestation of ticks (sheets? bedding? altho everything looked very clean upon arrival). We called the staff (during their business hrs.) and they moved us to another apt in the same building right away, which was great, and had no problems. The bathroom is pretty tiny, and the shower is really small, but we managed to take showers without getting the floor wet. For a European city center location, it was great to have such a nice updated bathroom, even if it's tiny. |

The apartments are very small, and the first night they gave as an apartment full of insects; the day after they changed our apartment but let us waiting for the new key all the day long. Their office is away from apartments so if you need something, you have to wait for long time. We were 4 of us, but we get just one key, and when we asked for the second one they said that it is impossible to have another key. When we left apartment we had to pay to leave our staff in their office waiting for our flight. |

Very modern place to stay with great location and ammenities. Although there was double glazing on the windows which cut off 95% of the noise, the 5% on a Friday/Saturday night *could* wake you up if you were a light sleeper (only woke me up once) |

Central to shopping and food, nice sized rooms,well apointed kitchen. The apartment manager was wonderful in allowing us to leave our bags until we could check in and then helping us find a cab. The check in process was efficient. Great location. Thank goodness for the elevator! The bathroom was tiny tiny tiny, we were un-aware of the need to bring bathing soap, and the neighbors made noise until late. |

easy access within walking distance to metro and to shops. bathroom is quite small and i hardly see any staff around that can help w directions and etc. I won;t recommend this hotel if you are travelling as a couple or w family/friends. If you;re alone, i would say it's ok and for me i hardly spend time in the place , most of the time i am out. so it;s ok for me. |

location The heat didn't work, it was freezing and when we called to ask that the heat be fixed, they treated us like it was our fault that the heat wasn't working and didn't get around to actually setting us up into a new room until the following evening even though it was extremely cold at night. Then when I asked to not be charged for the evening they never responded to my email. |
