attended professional conference did not find hotel staff paticularly friendly - did not go out of they way to help but did just about what was asked. Bed was a very poor standard considering the cost of the room - to be honest I have slept in budget hotels with more spacious and comfortable beds, light did not work in the room, lift from car park not working on day of arrival |

Personnel friendly and helpful. All was good arranged. Good service. Large rooms with all the conforts. Good location and reletively close to the underground. Paying for the Internet. In a 4 stars hotel it should be enclosed in the room price. |

We liked the location, the size of the room, its cleanliness, big comfortable beds, helpful staff No tea-making facilities, no access to the fridge (e.g. to cool wine), no glasses for wine or plates for fruit in the room |

The large room, that the staff spoke English, the proximity to the metro and convention center, the double pain glass windows that kept the street noise to a minimum. The water took an excessive amount of time to get hot. |

Our stay at Fira Palace was great. The room was very comfortable; we had a triple and had three double beds! The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. There are five computers available to guests in the lobby. Towels were large and relatively thick. All of us were pleased with the hotel. |

Comfort of room. Helpful, pleasant staff. Nice piano bar and good pool & gym opening hours & facilities. Great to have free internet access. Lobby area very spacious and comfy. Only one expensive breakfast option. Coffee/Tea & sandwich / toast option for €5 would have been helpful to get started in the morning without a big breakfast. Fruit bowl at reception or on each floor would have been appreciated. |

Good attention to detail along with spacious accomodation. Facilities were generaly good and staff attentive. I thought that a open air pool deck and eating facility would benifit the hotel, as we ended up walking down the road to experience alfresco eating and tapas. The proximity to the main shopping hub is a bit far to walk. |

Location was 20 minutes from airport and close to city and cathedral. Huge room. Very uncomfortable hard bed and whilst a no smoking floor, room smelt of smoke. |

Due to a conference held in this hotel It took a few days to properly fix the shower. No screen to block the shower in the bath. Breakfast could be better. |

I was unhapppy with a number of issues with the hotel. The room decor was very dated. The other isses are listed below. The rooms were of a generous size. The location was good. The internet connection was wireless and completely unsatisfactory- poor signal and frequent drop out. This creates major issues for the business traveler.I was very disappointed in this .Also this is the only hotel I have stayed in were they would not provide an iron- yet the laundry service didn't start until 9 am- how do you tidy your shirts crushed from travel. This hotel needs better management as it has a lot going for it. |

Excellent location: far enough from crowded center, but close to metro (Placa d’Ispanya), so very easy and convenient to get everywhere. Very quiet, huge, clean, comfortable and good equipped room. There are safe in the room (without additional charge) and minibar. Small, but nice pool, gym, sauna, very helpful stuff. Highly recommended hotel, especially for ffamilies. The breakfast was too expensive, but there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and Tapes bars in vicinity of the hotel, so we didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel. |
