Ambient agradable, molt bona ubicació, excel.lent relació qualitat-preu. Vam anar a teatre el dissabte a la nit i vam poder anar i tornar a peu des de l'hotel. Esmorzar amb bufet lliure molt correcte. Recomanable 100%. |

The Gallery Hotel is the perfect stepping stone for exploring Barcelona on a short break. Obliging staff, excellent location and a clean, well maintained room resulted in customer satisfaction. Value for money when booked well in advance. Heating/air conditioning didn't work properly. In spite of clement December temperatures outside, we couldn't get the inside temperature below 22 degrees whichever way we turned the dial. Had to resort to opening the window at night with some resulting traffic noise. This was mentioned to staff who simply apologised without promising remedial action. |

Good location with good metro connections, nice, spacy room with even a nice view, all my requests regarding the room were taken into account, staff was really helpful and friendly, good breakfast two minor points: one morning one lady from hotel staff just stepped into our room, while we were still in bed sleeping. She has apologized later but we were really shocked as it happened. Sth like this is not supposed to happen in a 4star hotel, actually in any hotel. the other thing is the hotel lobby. it was always a little cold, so that we never wanted to sit there longer. it could be a little more welcoming, too. some nice carpets maybe.. |

The location of the hotel is great! In this area are many nice restaurants which are not too touristic. The stuff was very helpful and nice as well. |

Rooms are spacious, staff were very helpful, and were more than happy to let our friends park in the hotel carpark. We were travelling with our 1 year old daughter and I would definitely recommend this for families. The cot was ready and made up in the room (no extra charge), they have highchairs, the bathroom is large, with a bath and you can put your own items in the fridge in the room.The express breakfast €5.50 which is freshy squeezed orange juice, coffee/tea and pastries is a good value alternative and competitive with local cafes. There's a lovely solarium on the roof with deck chairs and sun shades that no one seemed to use! Finally, the bathroom has the biggest selection of items I've seen. Def 4 star plus. |

The location was excellent and the metro station right next to the hotel. The room was clean enough. There was not a proper wireless internet connection; it was almost impossible to get connected. At the 5th floor there was a strange and disgusting smell.The food at the hotel restaurant was indifferent and the breakfast was excluded from the reservation cost. The people at the restaurant could not speak english. In general, it was too expensive for the service we got. |

Its location very close to the Casa Mila and Casa Batillo. Great shopping nearby! The construction on a street nearby was not heard by us and the road is still walkable. |

Location. Ideal for visiing all the sights as located close to metro and tourist bus stops. Upmarket area, great for shopping and tapas bars. Excellent soundproofing in room afforded peace and tranquility in the city centre. Breakfast too expensive. Decor was a bit dated. |

This hotel is a pleasant surprise at an excellent location between Rambla de Catalunya and Praia de Gracia. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with good furniture! |

The location of the hotel allows for easy acess to the city center ,to the shops and to the bars and restraunts .The rates charged for this 4* hotel make for good value |

Aircon just right, comfortable clean rooms, restaurant good (eat there just once), location, location, location. Expensive breakfast (nor sampled), gym has no aircon, does not open till 8AM, broken equipment, no free weights |
