The hotel is in a very good position, just near the Colon Square and the Ramblas. It has a good private parking (not free), but there's a public parking near the hotel (WTC park). There are two free internet PC at hotel first floor, near the bar. The hotel is in the WTC, and in some rooms (as our room) the guests are subject to listen to the noise provocaed by the sailing operations of the ferries; the area is near the ferry teminal; however, the noise is not eccessive.The wi-fi could be free. |

The very good attentive service, the breakast choice is one of the best i have i have experienced with the service to match Had to request turndown, however it was done and it was very good, no expense soared in changing towels etc. Pricing is on the higher side but as most things in life you pay for what you get, and it was very good. |

rooms where big, i was going on a cruise, was right beside cruise terminal not a 5 star standard, if you wanted a turn down service you had to ring down for it, before 9pm each evening and do that everyday there after.give it a 4 star rating |

The hotel is situated in the harbour, close to the Ramblas and a few taxi minutes away from the cruise terminal. The Barcelone tour buses stop in front of the hotel. Ask for vouchers (1 pp) at the front desk! Breakfast is superb. |

Room steward was excellent, and fast Lack of convenient ATM/Bank machines and poor sleeping setup. We asked for King Bed, but it was two twins, made up separately, and the beds were quite uncomfortable. |

It's very modern, well located for business and shopping and the staff are really nice and friendly. The rooms with a sea view are extremely quiet at night. Average price/quality ratio. |

Location is great because it is very close to Rambla & very nice walking on the beach side. We are traveling 4 times a year to Barcelona and that was 1 time at that hotel. Room and bed are comfortable, staff are good & good food. Good for business and short stay not so good for romance! I was on 7 floor with view on port but also main docking area for cruise liner, ferries that are loading and unloading every evening making room noisy and in the case of cruise boat smelling the smoke from engine. We were unable for 3 days to use the roof top patio area despite great sun & evening because of smell and noises from boat! Big deception there for us! Wish I was told about the noise and possible disturbance! Oh, on a last note the staff are all wearing communication device like secret service so that when you are talking to them they are disturbed by message recieved from other staff and they stop listening or talking or attending to your need and when they go back to you you have to repeat again and again...very very bad form!! |

I'm a pianist and I wanted to play something on the piano in the piano-bar, and the staff told me it was forbidden. Since I've been playing piano for 40 years, I don't think I whould have hurt the grand piano. |

The location was great, service fine, and facilities nice. We were happy that they let us check in right away in the morning, as soon as we arrived after an overnight flight from the US. We really enjoyed our stay. |

The rooms/bathrooms were well appointed. The port/ marina was nearby, and you can catch the tour buses from outside the hotel. The pool was closed the top floor with the gym was not staffed when we visited and was poor. The first room we got was dirty. The main restaurant in the hotel was closed on the Monday night. I would have preferred to stay in a more central hotel. The area was noisy at night/day with a working port nearby. I did not think the hotel was value for money. |

friendly staff good food the airconditioning in our junior suite was not working we were sweating all through the night for two days and when we complained we were told to open the windows for breeze to come inside i have never seen this kind of thing in a five star hotel what a shame |
