It is located in my favourite Barcelona area. I have been using this hotel very often in the 80's and the 90's, when it was excellent under all respects. Since then, not enough maintenance has been done and it's probably time for some renovation. Services aren't any longer at the same level either, although staff is still excellent (all very kind and nice people). |

Reception people were very helpful regarding providing touristic information, and were very polite. The quality of the bed weas not satisfactory, and the fact that in this price breakfas was not included. |

the low responsiveness of the staff on a signalled problem. The problem was not major (TV not workling) but despite the promise, it was not fixed the day after. |

Si ubicacion en el centro de la ciudad Es un hotel muy viejo, que le falta una refoma urgentemente, ademas nos dieron una habitacion a la cual habia que acceder mediante escaleras y no habia ascensor, creo que hay otros hoteles con mejor calidad- precio |

Grosses, sauberes Zimmer und zentrale Lage. Doppelte Fenster für Lärmschutz. Netter Balkon zur Strasse. Kühlschrank hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Hab aber noch gereicht um die Bierchen kühl zu halten für den Abend. |

Trabajo en el Instituto de Educación Secundaria de Cebreros (Ávila). Soy argentino-español, hijo de madre catalana y he salido decepcionado con la atención la recepcionista el día de entrada. Ha sido desagradable y bastante soberbia. El señor que nos atendió un primer momento fue correcto. Esta en un magnifico lugar. Es amplio y tiene el privilegio de estar al lado de una de una Universidad muy prestigiosa. Para hacer algun curso o precenciar alguna conferencia es la estancia exácta. |

Su ubicación. La habitación estuvo extremadamente caliente y no pudieron hacer nada por arreglar ese problema. Tenían la calefacción puesta para todo el edificio a mitad de abril. |

La localización es muy buena ya que estas en el centro de Barcelona y tiene cerca una boca de metro. Su relación calidad precio es muy buena. Si, solicitamos cama de matrimonio y no nos la dieron, supongo que por carecer de camas libres. |
