H10 Raco del Pi

We liked the friendly and helpful reception staff; the cleanliness of the room and public areas, the decor and the ease of access to the city centre and its facilities.

There are a family inviroment. Very nice and frendly personal. Nice time in order to have a kofee break from 2p.m.

Location in the middle of the Barri Gottc, super friendly personnel, good breakfast, good room/bathroom

The beds are seperate and on wheels, under the beds we saw a pile of dust

The choice for breakfast was excellent - would recommend hotel on this alone. The reception staff were most helpful with information and calling a taxi. The location of the hotel was very central and surprisingly quiet - just a few mins walk to Las Rambles,Barcelona Cathedral and great shopping areas. 30 mins to the beach too if you have time

There were a few very small things - like a room without a window onthe fourth floor, loose tile on the bathroom floor.

the staff on reception were very helpful and sold us tour bus tickets for discount price.

yes the beds were two singles when we had booked a double and they were on castors so they slid across the room every time you moved.other guests beds were moving about in the night.making a lot of noise!!

Proximity to shopping, HoHo buses, and Las Ramblas. Safely stored our luggage till ck. In time.

1. Inability during day of getting cabs to go down the narrow roads to this hotel - we dragged our suitcases for blocks. 2. Indifferent & immaturely behaving staff on desk. 3. Pathetic room amenities - had to pay daily to lock up valuables; 1 tiny bar of soap; 4 kleenex in a small pkg.; Rooms on back very noisy - we were in # 107. 5. Even at ck-in time, our room was not ready.

Hotel was modern with historical touches, including what must have been 20 foot ceilings in the bedroom. Front desk staff was good, even got us checked in 2 hours before the official check in time. Only minus was that the housekeeping staff removed our towels one day and did not replace them--but the front desk was able to get us replacements immediately when we noticed.

Great location for Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, and Metro to other sights; friendly and helpful staff; comfortable room with good air conditioning; good price (for a generally expensive city)

The location was great, right in the middle of Las Ramblas.

The hotel rooms did not have balconies...we tried to sit in the communal terrace but they closed it early one night and did not have the keys.This was very inconvenient and frustrating

Best thing about this hotel is the location , then the staff in the reception was realy nice. Breakfast is worth 10 euro couse you can,t find any cheaper in that area. You can use the internet free of charge at any time.

My room didn´t have a TV when I arrived the first night. I´ve got it next day, bat it was too big and clumsy for that tiny room and it stood in my way every time I need to use the bathroom or the wardrobe. The window was at the floor level and hidden behind the bed, whith no view at all.

Excellent room, very friendly personnel and a very nice breakfastbuffet.
