The location is excellent, and the breakfast was totally worth it. Hotel staff was doing their best to make our stay pleasant - cleaning in room was timely, we received "extras" that we were promised (cava upon arrival, strawberries in chocolate etc.). the rooms were a bit "worn-down", some renovation would not hurt. Only one elevator which in the peek hours in the morning ment you have to spend some while waiting for it. |

I stayed alone the first night as my husband was travelling the next day and I felt safe in the hotel. The hotel was also very peaceful and didn't have the noise associated with other hotels I've stayed in ie. corridor noise, bin lorries outside the window etc. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't look out the window - it was opaque glass and it felt a little claustrophobic at first but the rest of the hotels attributes made up for this. |

Booked at 65 euro for a single room per night and that is unbeatable in Barcelona. Well equipped room, nicely finished with flat screen tv. etc. 100 meters away from plaza catalunya. at 65 euro per night the fact that there were no outward facing windows in my room wasn't a concern. |

the only thing i liked at this hotel was that he was in the heart of Barcelona, u can go to shopping cause there are many shops there, and many turistic objectives i choosed a roomantic duble room wich I suppose to get champain, strawberry with chocolate, a mini buffet...and others things....but i didn't get anything but a broken tv and broken door |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the very city centre, which makes it very handy to go shopping or sightseeing. The room was elegantly and comfortably furnished. Despite being on a busy street, the room was quiet (we had a street room on the 7th floor, maybe lower floors are noisier). The hot water in the shower was too changeable, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold. This should not happen in a 4 star hotel. |

Can not fault this Hotel in any way. Breakfast & Dinner both excellent as was the location and the staff. Would highly recommend. There was nothing I could fault this hotel on. |

Perfect location by plaza catalunya, almost near to everything, shopping street, metro station, air bus, Gaudi's casa Batlo, etc. Nice food with competitive price in the hotel restaurant. Room is small but cozy and with reasonable price. Information brochure provided by reception makes the city trip hassle-free. While the food quality is perfectly good, it seems the restaurant lacks of hands for service. Room needs some renovation or at least touch up. |

We had booked for 2 nights. When we arrived they told us that there where problems with the hotelrooms and that we had to spend the first night in an other hotel. When we finaly left this hotel (after the 2e night) they hotel employee rang for a taxi who brought us to Girona airport. The taxidriver charged us for this trip € 181,--. (normal price €130,-) |

I liked the location, being near the Metro and easy access to shopping. It was kind of noisy in my room - it was near the elevator and the area that the housekeeping staff congregated in. Also, trying to get a drink in the hotel bar was difficult as the bartender kept disappearing. |

Hotel staff was very helpful.The breakfast was excellent.Location is pretty good-near the main square Catalunya where all bus tours, aeroport shuttles, metro stations are going from. The first night we`ve recieved the room which size was unapplicable.It was like dog` s house. Small even for 1 person We even don`t have space to place our luggage.We complaained about this to the staff and next time (in a week we stayed again in the same hotel) we got a very large and convinient room 807. |

Rooms were clean. Checkin was slow. Had booked a romantic break which was advertised as buffet/meal in afternoon. We got a glass of sparkling wine and there was a bowl of peanuts sitting. Plug in room was faulty. We had to order 2 extra pillows at reception twice. Handle broken on patio door and in particular i has asked for a large room when i booked the accommadation ane disappointed with what we got. |
