cleanliness, good design , internet free if you bring your own laptop, breakfast was included , good choiceson the buffet .We had room 205 , face on street , large bedroom and bathroom , with 2 large windows so it was nice/ the area is quiet and secure . there are food stores in front of the hotel. a few room facing the interior court have small windows / location is not very convenient as the metro is a litlle bit far so we walked a lot ! |

nice room, quite large, very clean, hotel in good location First night we had to stay in another hotel, they told us they had some problems with our reservation. Wasn't a big problem for us. |

The staff at reception were simply fantastic, nice and modern hotel, good location. Clean. The lift was too noisy at night time. |

The staff are very kind and always welling to help for anything we may ask for ( restaurant suggestions, bar etc...). Nice and quiet area. A little noisy in the room because of the elevator....not major. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to spend a lot of time parting on the Ramblas and around because it is 20 minutes walk. The location was good for visiting the city. |

Staff were excellent & very friendly! Room was fine for the price paid! always kept very clean. room service daily. Easy to check in and out! No problems whatsoever. Very central in Barcelona, in a nice district of Barcelona. |

+ Staff are splendiferous - Wi-fi in my room did not work, but in lobby it was working. All room (not only part of theirs!!) should be equip with wi-fi internet. |

A lovely hotel, good sized rooms with contemporary fittings, very friendly and helpful staff and a great location. We requested a double bed, and the room we were in had the largest bed I've ever slept in! |

Good location, two metro stations are close, 15 minutes walk to the center or to the Sagrada Familia. Very quite and nice area. Isolation of room, we could clearly hear conversation from room beside. |

Staff were absolutely amazing. Room was fine, with perfect view of spires of Sagrada Familia. The clean/replacement shower mat was placed on the floor at the shower door and was always wet before use. |

ho apprezzato la posizione centrale ma non troppo, il rapporto qualità prezzo e il servizio colazione del mattino. la mia camera era troppo piccola rispetto alle foto che si vedono sul sito, la finestra dava su di un campo da calcetto, l'ascensore e l'impianto di condizionamento molto rumorosi. |

la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, giovane e veloce, il rapporto prezzo-qualità-vicinanza al centro, la vicinanza con un posto onesto dove fare colazione (che non era compresa e comunque molto cara) la stanza (num.404) un po' piccola, il rumore dell'ascensore (che comunque non ci ha impedito di dormire), e che la reception come luogo, che non aveva alcuna atmosfera |
