This is my fourth plus time at the hotel over the last two years and it needs a bit of a face lift but it is OK for Barcelona price ways, I would perfare if they would include the cost of the breakfast Chage the bed linen daily only changed once during our stay. Pickpockets at the hotel need better security. On a back street so not great for nightime returns on foot |

It was certainly located in a good area of town in that it was close to everything It was close to everthing all right, far too close to the pub across the street that kept me wide awake both nights to 4 am in the morning.... you may need to make the windows sound proof..it was awful. |

The location within the historic area was good being convenient to both the port area and the Ramblas with many excellent restaurants in the vicinity surprised to find smoking permitted in the bedrooms leaving an abnoxious smell for next occupant |

staff was helpful, fairly easy to find using walking and metro and close to the port and other attractions...a clean oasis is the noisy, bustling city. |

Our first night coincided with a very loud annual street festival. Shame because we had a nice room overlooking an otherwise quiet street. We asked to be moved to a quieter area -- and this was done without fuss. Staff were friendly. |

Proximity to La Rambla without the noise and traffic. It felt 'Spanish'... the real thing! I would have liked coffee making facilities - either in the room or in a communal area. Could not even buy coffee from hotel. |

The room was very clean and had good conditions. The street where the Hotel was located seemed dangerous to walk at night. |

Great location, in the very center of the Barri Gotic, reception staff spoke very good English; breakfast was ok. All in all, good quality for the money we paid. A better security system would help a lot. I dont't know if this applies to all rooms, but for the room I stayed in, a ventilation system in the bathroom would have been great. |

really good location right in the center so really easy to get to anywhere, either within walking distance or by the metro which was a 5/10 minute walk. room wasn't to small and the bathroom was a really good size. everything in the room worked fine, apart form the hairdryer. we were facing the road, however we could leave the door shut because the air con worked really well so it wasn't noisy at all. the cleaners didn't turn the air con of so we could come back to a cool room at the end of the day. staff were really helpful and we could leave our bags in a secure room before and after we'd checked in and out. |

I liked this stylish, trendy hotel and found the staff helpful, friendly and gracious. They eagerly responded to my requests both online and during my stay. My room was newly furnished and comfortable. The location was perfect for my first visit to Barcelona. |

The hotel is central being located in the hearth of gothic quarter (just 10 minutes to chatedral and Rambla, 20 to Barceloneta), so the position is excellent. The staff is very polite and there is a luggadge deposit without any charge at disposal of clients. It isn't very noisy. If you stay more than a day (we staied two times) they give you a big room, on the contrary, the room we got for a night was very small. The rooms are cleaned. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory. |

This hotel was all around excellent. It was a pretty fancy hotel for a very reasonable price. The location is good too, only a few blocks from the main street, La Rambla. |
