good for price, clean, adequate rooms, good location

Easy access from Bus/trains - walking distance to tourist activities - staff very helpful with area maps/directions/advice - Basic, but clean & good value for $$. Clean Euro/style shared bathroom/shower down the hall. Room had computer with internet access which was a pleasant surprise for this pricepoint.

Excellent Location. The staff were top notch very helpfull even learnt a little more spanich from them.

The only down side was the thinness of the walls you could even hear next door clean their teeth.

Great location for exploring all areas of the city and for enjoying the night life. Not expensive. Very friendly staff.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear *everything* going on in the neighboring rooms, including talking, snoring, giggling, etc. Be prepared to wake up several times during the night as people return from their nightly adventures. We booked the hotel despite the reviews that mention this noise, and I'd do it again.

It is very well located, right on the Rambla.The metro station was very close.The hotel was quite clean and quiet.

There is no tv in the room.The towels haven't been changed for 5 days as we stayed there(even if, according to the hotel rules, they were supposed to be changed every 2 days). It could have been cleaner...It is very expensive to use the internet in the tv room.I didn't find the reception staff very helpful.

No,shower head was broken and not fixed,floor tiles were broken as well..

travelling as a couple i did not realise i booked a single bedroom.when i checked in,i asked whether they have had a bigger room as i was more than willing to pay more.the staff told me that i have to stick to my booking reservations and he couldn't do anything about it.and when we came back to the hotel later that night,another staff told me that my room couldn't put up for 2 person and either i have to book another room or one of us have to stay somewhere else.well,he said he has a vacant twin room for me,but i have to pay both the rooms for the night.thinking that by paying extra would solve the situation,and packed and shifted all my belongings to another room,i was so angry to see that the shower head and the floor tiles were broken..

The main advantage of this hotel is the location- just 100 m from the Liceu metro Station on La Rambla. The rooms are spacious enough, though rather poorly furnished- just a bed, table and chair and small bedside table. Because we read the reviews regarding the noise from the street, we ask for a room which was oposite the street. We had no problem with the noise from the street or adjacent rooms. The staff at the reception was helpfull, though not excesively amiable. On the hole we had a pleasant and safe stay at this hotel.

Quite cheap, wi-fi fast internet available, not a big room but not and a small one. It is very good if you do not want to spend so much time in the hotel.

Does not serve food. They do not change the towels and clean the room every day (every 2 days)
