Cleaness The staff don't know where are super markets and restaurants in the close area. They shoud know better the area, because the have to help the tourists. |

We enjoyed our stay here because it was close to the metro so we can go into the city but it was in a nice neighborhood so we could walk to good non touristy restaurants. Ask the staff about the Garcia area. |

It was clean but small room and you can hear when some body talking in other room,the price was convenient,situated in a good zone near metro station and bus stop,staffs were very good.its 13 minutes on walk to park guell. |

This hotel is in a convenient location and Barcelona being cheaper than Dublin, lack of breakfast facilities didn't put me off. A bit noisy on Saturday night and small rooms to my own liking, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants value for money. Staff are rather friendly and equally helpful. |

Everything was very clean and it was actually quite easy to get downtown with the Metro. This is not the hotel's fault, but there was no elevator and the staircase is tiny. We had loads of suitcases as we were moving to Spain to live and stayin in the hotel while finding a place, so it was not fun carrying the bags up and then down when we left. |

the cleanliness, the location, close to metro stop and only 3 stops away from the centre of town. My friend´s single room was very small, had to squeeze passed the sink to get into and out of the shower. having said that, we didn´t spend a lot of time in the room. |

The reception person understood my problem when I said I wanted to cancel my booking after 1 night because the price was too expensive according to the room. The bath room was good even if small. Clean on average. The room could be ok for a price of 30 Eur and if it would be clearly mentioned in the hotel description that the single room is small. Room single booked. Very very very small room. Around 5 square meter. no services, just check in/out. I needed 4 calls to booking and 1 night to get the my cancellation. Booking could not join the hotel, their tel was not working as well as the fax. The hotel asked me 34, 76, 62 Eur for the 3 nights which was far away too expensive for the type of room. |

The hotel has a nice location, close to the metro, bus station and tourist bus station. the staff are very helpful. good value for the money can hear a lot, a little bit noisy if you have some loud neighbours |

Good personel, good location (ca 10 minutes from metro station, few minutes from bus stop), clean, room cleaning every day, opened all day and night (so you can came back late) No air condition (some failure) - we could open window, but we had window at inside side, so almoust no air was coming in the room. It was not very hot outside though, co we could sleep at night (but not very comfortable). Almoust no TV programs, but we didn't go to Barcelona to watch TV :-) |

Friendly staff, a very clean room. We discovered some nice cafes, rather tourist-free, around the hotel, where we had exclent breakfasts. The bathroom was quite small and the room had a small tiny window, but that is not the case of all rooms. |

It was very good value for money and in a fantastic location. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. I left my sunglasses in the room when I left and I called to ask if I could collect them and the person I spoke to said he would ask the cleaner and call me back, but I didn't hear anything back. |

Location, appearance of the room, simplicity of hostals check-in/check out as well as the ease of use of its features. I would have loved an ice machine or a fridge in the room but i did not expect these with the price i paid. |

We checked out earlier because of the noise. This is not a hostel for couples who are visting the city. This is only for young people interested in doing party, drinking etc. the whole night. Rooms are very noisy especially on the first floor. Female receptionist did not take care of our requests - very poor customer service! |
