Previously, I stayed in 2-3 Hotels in Spain but probably, this is the only hotel, that has the best reception. Hotel staff are very good in receiving, letting us feel comfortable. He was speaking little English but that made lot of difference for us. His communication was very clear and understandable.I would say, most of the Spanish don't speak English.

Spacious and well-maintained room; clean bathtub; free internet

Not really, though the staff can be warmer and more personable;

clean rooms, 20 min walk to la ramblas

unhelpful staff, very expensice breakfast buffet @ £15, much better to go to local bakery

The rooms, politeness of the hotel staff, and that the price is affordable

I did not like that the computer (Internet service) was in a solitary basement

Very helpful reception staff, free wifi, reasonably priced mini bar in room.

Quite hard to find initially, beside a mini building site at the minute and we weren't convinced that the air conditioning worked properly.

not too far away from Metro station Rocafort. Can borrow adaptor from reception, can keep luggage at hotel for free.

not always have people at reception. The way back to hotel is little bit quiet.

It's a good hotel for bussines trip.

comfortable hotel, clean, nice rooms, good english-speaking service. nearby metro-station (10 min walk), walk to city-centre possible too (approx 20- 25 min)

there was no heat in room, the staff said it technically was still summer, although the weather was unseasonably cold and wet

Away from down towntown, newer hotel, price... Personnel was very helpful... Excellent service...

Quite near centre and access to metro and bus. Room spacious.

Shower curtain short, longer curtain or maybe weighted would maybe prevent bathroom flooding. Earplugs would help noise from street. Breakfast was expensive, 5 minutes walk to a patisserie and you can get a croissant and tea/coffee/chocolate for four and a large bottle of water for less than one hotel's breakfast at 12 euros 50 plus tax - didn't try hotel lunch/dinner.
