Our room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet (we were there in the off-season), which we appreciated. Good location for our first trip to Barcelona. The buffet breakfast was not worth 8.5 euros. |

The location is just a few minutes walk from the metro station and hotel staff is very friendly and spoke English. It is nice to be away from the busy city center but still close enough by metro. Clean room and fresh towels everyday, comfortable bed. Would be great if they include breakfast in the price. Inside the bathroom has a window and you can see black sewage pipes when you open it and can smell smoke coming from the opposite room. Can also hear noise from the opposite room inside the bathroom. |

The room was clean upon arrival, and staff also tidied up every day, making it comfortable upon return of our group in the evenings. The restaurants nearby - Lucano and Nogale - were great in terms of price and food quality. There was no refrigerator in the room, but the gentlemen at the reception was helpful enough to help chill our white wine bottle which we bought. Although the hotel was near a metro stop "Monumental" and also the Sagrada Familia, on most days, we had to transfer at Passeig de Gracia to get to other locations in the city. Hence, it's not that convenient for travellers who tend to return to the hotel for short breaks, in between visits to tourist sites. Also, not all the reception staff were fully comfortable with speaking in English and this could have resulted in them being less willing to advise with queries. However, those who could speak English did so very well, and were very helpful in meeting our requests. |

The location was perfect for us -- far enough away from the partying/noise of the Barri Gotic/Las Ramblas area, but close to the Metro so we could get anywhere we needed to go quickly. (Also close to the Sagrada Familia.) I thought the value for money was very good. The desk staff were also very helpful and spoke several languages well. |

The location was not central but we did a lot of walking to the places we wanted to see The room was tiny but very clean. Bathroom was clean but almost too small to use. Many things. Would not recommend or stay here again. Poor value, uncomfortable, unwelcoming, cramped. In the us it would cost half what they charged us. |

great location, easy walking distance to nearly everything just a few small things. There was only one english speaking chanel on the tv which was bbc news, would have prefered to have a different english chanel. if you stay in this hotel in the hotter months of the year the air con in the room will not keep you cool. i was there in mid september and it keep the room at a semi cool temp. not that good. and last only one pillow each in the bed, i know one pillow mite be enough but these pillows were really thin! all really small issues. |

The room was immaculate when we arrived and everyday thereafter. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is situated in a nice and safe residential area in close proximity to several bars and restaurants. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia and 20 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya at the heart of the city centre. |

The room was small, but cosy, all you need on a city trip. And when you close the curtains it is really dark in the room! The location near the Segrada Familia, the bussstation and the Metrostation is very convinient. The staff was friendly too. The noise of the airconditioning when it is switched off could keep you awake all night. |

The hotel is fine, the personal very friendly and helpful. Situated in the quiet district of Barcelona not far away from Passeig Gracia, but a bit scary to walk after midnight, almost no people around. |
