Good facilities for dinining with some friends, I had a sort of appartment , with one living room and one bedroom ( upstairs), well equiped kitchenette. Good cleaning service Rooms are ok, with 2 remarks: non smoking rooms...smell cigarettes and there is always too much noise, even in the night. People from the reception are very kind and helpful, location is excellent, connection to airport with day / Night bus ( for flights like mine , at 7.00 I had to take the night bus n 17 )- cost is 1.35 euro, it takes about 45-50 minutes ( as the buses have a longer route, through llobregat, which is a suburbia of Barcelone. Also, there is not so much light inside, walls are...blue...like the exterior of the hotel. |

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They helped with mailing of postcards. After I suffered a robbery at the hands of some young hooligans in a nearby park, the staff helped me to find the police station and made me feel safe at the hotel. Indulged in the breakfast buffet one morning and found it very adequate. Room was clean and private. Also, during an unexpected electrical outage, the staff answered my questions and resolved the problem within an hour. Within easy walking distance to the Fira, where my business conference was held. |

Triple room consist two seperate large rooms and has a kitchen. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived to hotel at 13:10 and we waited more or less 1 hour for our room. Then when we check out I explained this situation to the recepcionist and wanted 1 hour more to check out but he refused this! So be ready to wait for your room! |

Perfect location to visit the Magic Fountain and the Monjuic area. Very spacious, nice, and clean. An apartment really! It has a small kitchen (we didn't use it), living room with a bed, a sofa, and a dining table all in one large area - plus the bedroom and a safety deposit. The Internet also works in the room- take your laptop with you. Nothing but a suggestion that it should have a hair-dryer rather than a hand-dryer in the bathroom. The hotel has so many good aspects that override this issue. Not a problem for us. |

The room was great for a family with a separate room for parents and spacious enough to relax in. Location was great. Groceries were available right next door. Site seeing bus 5 min walk. Parking garage was 'way too tiny'. Scraped car on entry and was driving a midsized vehicle. |

staff was very frienly and helpfull. Location is perfect if you are headinng to Sants railwaystation. Brekfast was enough compare to typical continental one. the key system was old traditional, you have to leave them in the reseption when going out from tho hotel. |

If there is something positive, is the location. The hotel is located about 10-15 mins from Barcelona Airport and only minutes walking to Plaza de España. We stayed there in our route back home, flying from Barcelona Airport. They advertised the hotel as having parking. It has it, but it is extremely difficult to park an average sized car down there. It is dark, smells bad and the parking spaces are extremely smalls. The bed sheets were torn. The general hotel appereance was very dissapointed. |
