I stayed two nights in two different rooms and on the first day, the shower did not work well and there was no hair dryer. TV did not have any English channel and on the second day, it did not work well, too! |

location is very good, quiet neighborhood; few pubs and restaurants within 10-500m range; metro at 300m; clean rooms and bathroom although a bit outdated; excellent quality for money but only the reception deserves 4 stars rating; rooms are 3* quite strange smell coming from the bathroom; personnel did not handle properly my request of having the welcome fruits plate (everybody in my group found it in the room except me and one of my friends) - I asked twice, they promised but nothing happened - that's rude! otherwise everything was ok and staff was receptive to any other request |

Lovely clean hotel . Staff very helpful. Sweets & fruit & very nice touch. Beer/soft drinks, free mini bar. tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have made everything perfect. |

La disponibilità del personale ; La possibilità di avere la metropolitana a 2 passi (circa 500 mt.) ; Il rapporto qualità prezzo è tutto sommato coerente; Una cosa che mi ha dato assai fastidio e la fuoriuscita di odori poco gradevoli dal sifone del bagno (eravamo costretti a tenere la porta chiusa); .La seconda cosa riguarda la colazione servita con prodotti secondo me di media qualità, non particolarmente freschi........... in particolare i salumi e i prosciutti (la Spagna in questo campo è conosciutissima per la bontà dei suoi prosciutti e altre leccornie che a colazione non ho visto)........ |

Très bon accueil, calme, chambre assez petite mais fonctionnelle et agréable, localisation pratique (proximité du métro, ...) le classement en catégorie 4* ne me semble pas être en phase avec les critères habituels. Le prix me semble lisatrop élevé (de l'ordre de 10 à 20 % ?). |

Il design moderno, la pulizia, la posizione comoda per gli spostamenti con il metrò. La camera dove ho soggiornato, insisteva su una corte non di proprietà esclusiva dell'albergo che non era all'altezza dell'albergo stesso e che mi ha imposto di stare sempre con la finestra e le tende chiuse. |

La decoración y distribución funcional del hall. La habitación era algo ruidosa. Los pasillos y la parte interna del hotel no están acordes con el hall y no corresponden a una categoría de cuatro estrellas.Los acabados de construcción del baño deficientes. |

Do serviço. Apenas uma reclamação indirecta e que se relaciona com o pedido de taxi feito no hotel para me levar ao Aeroporto e fui redondamente enganado pelo condutor que chamaram, levando-me pela distância mais longa. Penso que o Hotel devia rejeitar este motorista de taxi das suas referências. |
