l'amabilitat del personal, neteja, situació al costat del camp del Barça, ben comunicat per metro i bus la piscina és una banyera grossa i el pàrking és surrealista, pots tenir ticket i no tenir-hi lloc (això passa quan hi ha partit al Nou Camp) |

Cogimos la oferta que incluía el desayuno. Me sorprendió que hubiera aparato de música ademàs de televisor. Tiene cafetera para calentar el agua de infusiones. Limpia, espaciosa. Muy bien Me hubiera gustado que el spa estuviera incluido para los huéspedes del hotel. |

L'habitació era ben silenciosa i insonoritzada de veritat. El veinat tambe és molt tranquil. L'esmorzar buffet està molt bé (si enganxes una oferta que estigui inclòs, és clar). Les instal·lacions de l'habitació en general, molt bé: llit gran i ferm, carta per triar coixins, banyera sencera, bany amb aigua a bona pressió. Falten canals italians de TV (i algun dels que diu que hi ha no es veu bé). Anuncien que hi ha minibar gratuit, tetera elèctrica i parament de te i cafè, i equip de música. Hi són, però: no et posen prou sobrets de te o cafè, el minibar és força limitat (sense alcohol), i l'equip de musica és tirant a antic (radio, cd i cassette). |

The hotel located in a quiet residential area which is away from the noisy and busy city centre. The hotel is quite close to a metro station only 10 minutes walk away. Hotel staff appeared friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and food was good and plentiful. Hotel environment is eco friendly. On the second night stay the room appeared clean and tidy, however the bed linen and bathroom towels appeared clean but worn out as a 4* |

Quiet room, and free mini bar Horid smell from drains in bathroom, and very dissapointed with spa i contacted the spa before arrival and was sent a e-mail with prices it stated that the spa was 15 euro per person but after 2pm it was half price on arrival we went to the spa reception to book and was told to book for 5.30pm and it would be half price when we arrived at that time we were told it was 15 euros each but if we came back at around 7.30pm it would be half price but as we wanted to eat after the spa so we paid the 15 euros each, on our last day we asked what time to book for half price spa and was told a time but again on arrival we were asked for 15 euros so i said we would cancel then, we felt it was a con, very dissapointed, as they understood what we wanted. |

Conveneient to go to Camp Nou stadium. Spa is much bigger than expected, and very relaxing!. The family room is too small for 4 persons, If you stay only a few days, it would be OK, but if staying longer, you will feel cramped. |

It was nice staff, a little far from the cenre of city but it was quite easy to get there by metro. Camp Nou was very near. |
