The room is very clean and the lady who cleaned the room was very nice. We had booked two rooms. My room was ready when we arrived in the late evening. However, the clerk at the front desk told us that my friends did not have room to stay even though we already had paid everything. The person at the front desk was very unkind and we got very angry. We were insisting that you would like to get refund and move to a nice hotel because the room was very expensive. After for a while he found a room for us. |

Location is great especially for shopping and dining out (plenty of restaurants, boutiques and Caprabo supermarket in the same L'Illa building). There is a Starbucks shop across the street and a small park of attractions for children behind the hotel. Spacious and quiet room. Although we booked a room for 4 (2 adults + 2 children), they had 3 sets of everything in the room. The fan was damaged and the safe still had the password from previous guest. The floor wasn't cleaned too thouroughly. |

We liked the location, that it was easy to access the bus and metro to get to the busy areas of Barcelona. The service was excellent, our calls to request extra towels were answered literally within a minute(seemed like the person was stationed on our floor of the hotel). Front desk people spoke a good deal of English and were very good about giving directions and recommendations of places to visit and eat, etc. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this hotel highly. The air conditioning unit seemed to not really work as well as it should have, because, although the room had a temperature control, it did not make any difference when we tried to adjust the temperature. The temperature still stayed the same. |

room was clean, good size and comfortable. Breafkfast and diner at the restaurant were nice and good value for money. Some staff did not speak English well which made communication easy. No explanation of how to use the WiFi was provided, and bandwith was very poor. |

el silencio y la tranquilidad de la habitacion. pese a estar en una zona comercial y de mucho tránsito, pudimos dormir tranquilisimamente. ademas las habitaciones son muy espaciosas. no hay ventana en la habitacion, es decir hay una puerta grande de vidrio k da justo a la diagonal pero esta cerrada, solo pueden abrirla el personal de limpieza. |

Me pereció bien situado dentro de la ciudad, tranquilo y silencioso interiormente y con una buena habitación bien equipada. La televisión no funcionaba bien y era pequeña. Una de la noches hubo un corte de luz de cuatro horas. Desconozco si el hotel era ajeno a ello. |

Las habitación que nos ha tocado muy espaciosa y confortable, eramos cinco amigas y nos han dado 2 habitaciones comunicadas por lo que hemos estado muy cómodas.Recepción muy amables. Ideal para ir de compras y no cargar bolsas. La parada de metro mas próxima queda un poco lejos. |
