The room was clean, in a fantastic location with a balcony overlooking Las Ramblas

The shower temperature fluctuated to one point where we got burnt and the bed could do with a bit more comfort.

The location was excellect, although if you are in a room facing the street it is loud all day and night. We were a family of four, the space was OK, not more.

There are no extra facilities in the room. No table.No wifi. For the high price we paid, it should have included breakfast, even a small one of coffee and rolls or something similar. I will recommend the hotel only for its location.

The staff was "never mind" The breakfast and dining room were good. The room was clean and well served every day. However some problems with leaky shower. No problems concerning our stay. Very pleased with the location of the hotel.

Clean and good sized rooms

The sound insulation was poor. We had to use ear plugs to have any chance of getting to sleep. also they had no record of our reservation through your company. Fortunately there were rooms available.

The location was superb. The hotel restaurant, although a little expensive,provided high quality dishes.

On our initial room alocation, the windows would not lock. We were provided with another room which was larger, the windows did lock but the room was in need of an update.

The staff on reception were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also very good.

The location was ideal for shopping and taking in the local restaurants.

1) Staff is not helpful (with luggage, or getting room ready sooner or fixing broken appliances (hair dryer) in room). 2) the "Family Room" we reserved was no more than 2 Full sized beds and a pull out couch in a tiny room. 3) the noise from the street below was loud and continued throughout the night. 4) Its an old hotel that is past its prime.

The noise from the street and bar across side street didnt stop till 6.30am every night. One of the guys on reception was very bad mannered and unhelpful seemed stressed ,was not a great welcolme. There were no towels one day, and the shower was broken.

Room was clean, rather comfortable for family, good air condition.

There was no even small frindge in the room, windows can not be firmly closed, so loudness from outside passed through ( important especially at night ).

It was a very good location, clean, nice breakfast room and breakfast, the cleaning staff and breakfast room staff all very friendly and helpful.

The staff working on reception seemed quite stressed, on arrival we stood waiting for quite a while before the reception staff member finished they're conversation with their colleague and turned to speak to us, we understood they were busy, but it was not a very good welcome. At other times they seemed slightly unfriendly also, but still helpful.
