Perfect location if you want to see Barca playing at Camp Nou but far from the city centre. Nice and clean with all facilities needed for a business trip. Friendly staff. 16€ for a drink in the bar! No surprise the bar was almost empty. |

The rooms were divine. Absolutely marvellous. The lobby was grand and spacious, even if a semi-club sandwich costs 15€. Only the price of the sandwiches in the lobby. |

Nice room, which being on the 9th floor was very quiet. The 30 Euro menu in the Polo restaurant is quite good value and the food was good (as long as you aren't expecting huge portions) and the breakfast food is very good also. Only about 5 minutes walk from the Metro, which will take you to Las Ramblas in 15 minutes. Pretty much everything that's not included in the room rate was very expensive. Disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed even though October in Barcelona is still warm enough for it to stay open. The Polo restaurant could do with some windows to let some natural light in. The Garden restaurant looks nice but is way too expensive. |

I loved the extensive and superbly maintained gardens and the sports facilities. The food was good and reasonably priced, and the hotel is ideally placed for exploring the magnificent city of Barcelona, whilst being away from the hubbub of the city centre.....It is a real oasis of peace after a long day exploring all there is to see in Barcelona. .....I will definitely return to this hotel in the near future. |

Nice clean and friendly hotel quiet location but easy to get into the city for sightseeing I would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room |

Besides the entrance door, the room has another door after the corridor, which makes it really quiet. The room is really clean and fairly modern. The architecture of the hotel is great. |

An impressive and gorgeous luxury hotel, within walking distance of the Metro, with a well-equipped fitness centre including indoor and outdoor pools. Staff, especially the concierges, were very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and well serviced. Prices at the bar were on the high side. We didn't use it. |

The location is convenient. The stuff try to be useful but some should try harder. Closed restaurants.Windows stay semi opened and can hear the traffic perfectly. The kitchen finds it very hard to prepare some potatoes different form french fries. Top food consumption in Juan Carlos restaurant is butter and bred. They should think over. Too much of gourmet efforts, too less of effect. |

The hotel facilities were excellent with the exception of two things. Firstly, there was not a good choice of food options. we arrived on Sunday and the only options were room service (with an extensive menu) or full buffet Sunday lunch. Secondly the reception staff were neither helpful or informative at check-in (although the Concierge was excellent) so we had to find out about the hotel facilities by asking other members of staff. |

Splendid, Superb, Smashing, Wonderful, Just Four Words which describe this outstanding Hotel. If you are scared of heights think twice about this hotel as the inside floors are balconies with glass elevator. |

Staff were very helpful, hotel is very clean and well presented. Pool & Spa are very good. Although it's a Resort it is very close to the city. Food at Pool Bar is poor. Main Bar is OK but a bit boring with no entertainment. |

Nice hotel, lots of amenties. The room, the pool and the fitness center were very nice. It's aways from the downtown and the wifi was very costly. It is more for the business traveler than the leisure traveler but the price was good. |

The fact that the rooms were sound proof was lovely, and although fullish, the hotel was quite peaceful - no unessary music playing in common areas. The key system was faulty - often did not work for the room and another had to be issued. The pools did not seem to open until 10am (too late in the morning) and the pool cafe not until 12ish. Not what you are told when you book in, or convenient for early morning swims. Drinks and snacks were unbelievably expensive!!! |

It was a nice highly respectable hotel, with excellent breakfast, good location, gardens. I think that wifi in the rooms should not cost anything, not speaking of the outrageous 8 euros per hour or 20 euros per day. Also, it was surprising that there was no international movie channel at the hotel, not even Hallmark usually available everywhere, whereas to watch a movie of your selection you had to pay 15 euros per each. I do not know how much money the hotel makes on this, but it definitely produced a poor impression on me. |

We greatly appreciated the outdoor of the hotel, big swimming pool with area with jeysers. Le personnel n'etais pas tres serviable pour un hotel de cette categorie, not customer oriented. Les abords de la piscine pas tres propres le deuxieme jour, pas de personnel pour nettoyer. |
