L'exclusiva zona comercial del passeig de Gràcia també és a poca distància a peu de l'allotjament. En aquesta coneguda avinguda trobareu algunes obres de Gaudí, la Casa Batlló i la Pedrera.
L'establiment és un punt de partida fantàstic per descobrir les platges i l'oferta cultural de la Costa Brava. La plaça de Catalunya està molt ben comunicada amb la resta de la província, així com amb la zona metropolitana.
Cal recollir les claus dels apartaments al carrer del Marquès de Barberà, 27. Els horaris de l'oficina són de dilluns a divendres, de 9:00 a 18:00. Si heu d'arribar fora d'aquest horari, truqueu al número de telèfon que apareix a l'e-mail de confirmació de la reserva. Heu de deixar els apartaments no més tard de les 10:00.
Atenció: l'establiment no accepta reserves de clients menors de 26 anys, si no van acompanyats d'un client major d'aquesta edat.

New furniture, kitchen relatively fair equipped, fresh linings and cushions, designer look around. No ceiling, the apartment (41) gave a somehow controversial feeling with the new furnitures and the unfinished ceiling. Street noise and the one coming from the neighbouring rooms were quite strong, a better noise insulation would help much. |

the hotel was clean, and the furniture is also good and confortable and located in a good location. They charge us additional 50euro for cleaning fee without notification.The owner said that if we want to move to another place,we still have to pay for the apartment fee (for 3 days eventhough we didnt stay there) , note : we already booked the apartment for 3 days. Eventually, like it or not we have to stay on that apartment and as a result we can not move to another city. But the rest are good... |

How central it was to both the beach, main tourist attractions and shopping areas. Apartment was well kitted out The street it was on is not the best with prostitutes outside the window. In addition, we were followed in one night by a male who then flashed us and started pleasuring himself whilst we were trying to get into our apartment |

The apartment was clean, very modern the jacuzzi was great along with the roof terrace and the proximity to the ramblas was fantastic. Also the receptionist was extremely helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble. Even though it was so close to the ramblas and the apartment was very modern the surrounding area and the rest of street was run down and we were told that it was were a lot of immigrant set up home. We also had the ground floor apartment with the jacuzzi and because of the surrounding buildings we only got the sun between 10 and 2 but we used to make the most of the roof terrace which was great because you got the sun till very late on. |

it is in the heart of city center the street it was on, NEVER go left out of main door only go left unless you want working girls with everything on show...not nice and the smell of wee is really bad but the MB27 its self inside was all we needed. |

Quite nice little apartment with a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Excellent, central location in an interesting neighborhood just off the most touristy areas. Nice roof terrace. Air condition was good but a bit too noisy to be left on during night. The proximity to a street patrolled by prostitutes is something we could have done without. |

It was a very good apartment. People at the office vere very nice. The main problem about the appartment was the noise at night. The appartment was very close to red light district. Make sure that it is only familys who rent the appartments, that would reduce the noise (party). |

If we had a problem or concern with anything regarding the accommodation thay immediately solved or responded. Great location, close proximity to attractions and public transport. Well furnished and fitted. |

The staff - Roy and Kathi - were really, really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was very bad. It is on a dirty street near Las Ramblas. We were physically attacked - yes! attacked! - by agressive prostitutes every evening when we returned to our apartment and I did not feel secure and comfortable walking on that street at night. I want to emphasize again that the staff were great and tried their best to help us, but the location of the apartment was very undesirable. |

The design of the appartment and furniture, good shower, clean appartment. For a 4persons app it was quite small. A tiny balcony, not much light in the app.My biggest complaint is about the totalprice given on booking.com that didn't appear to be the total amount. On top of what booking.com claims to be the total price you have to pay 50euro cleaning fee and 30 for linnen and towels. |

As a mature couple and teenager daughter travelling around, we found returning home to an apartment very comforting and relaxing. The space is just we needed and the option to cook at home was good as well. Washing machine and dryer facilities was really handy and the security of the place was reassuring. Location was central. Cathy was really helpful and willing to help. Even though location was central, it was a bit scary walking through during the night but we were ok. Also it can get a bit noisy during the weekend. The bathroom and especially the shower was tiny! (Ok for smaller stature guests). At first we couldn't figure out how to work the stove top but the next day we asked the receptionist and she gave us matches and it worked fine. |

The apartment was lovely and the location was great. The roof terrace was fab and enough kitchen equiptment if you didn't want to eat out. No blinds so if on the sofa bed you were woke up very early by the sun. If you came out of the apartment and turned left it was full of drug dearlers and prostitutes. I wouldn't recommend walking around alone day or night. |

Central location although we were warned about the area. Comfortable accommodation that suited our needs. Beautiful city and we will be returning. Not enough mugs or pillows. Where was the jacuzzi? |

that we could make our own breakfast and eat outside. garden was a mess. jacuzzi dirty, rooms too small (photos on the webside where much bigger rooms) bedroom without window, noisy . a lot of dust in the appartment....sneezing !!! toilets, showers of neighbours ....you could hear everything |

La verdad es que nos ha decepcionado muchísimo el apartamento. Está ubicado en una zona sucia de la ciudad (Raval) llena de prostitutas en las calles, pero bueno, eso no es lo peor. Lo peor es llegar y que te vendan que te van a dar un apartamento mejor que el que reservaste, con jardín y piscina. Prometedor, no? Pues resulta que el pretendido jardín es un estercolero lleno de cachivaches viejos, el jacuzzi es una especie de poza de obra con motor con el agua (sólo fría) corrompida. En el apartamento saltan los diferenciales térmicos teniendo tan sólo en marcha la tele y el microondas, las paredes piden a gritos una mano de pintura, la mayoría de las bombillas estaban fundidas, etc. Un desastre, vamos. Estoy acostumbrada a alquilar apartamentos y, con diferencia, es el peor en el que he estado. |
