The Barceloneta's San Miquel apartments are located in the traditional fishing neighbourhood of La Barceloneta, just off the beach. They are walking distance to the city centre and enjoy easy access to the Barceloneta metro.
A cleaning fee of EUR 30, not included in the rates, must also be paid at check-in.
A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required at check-in (preferably in cash). This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Check-in instructions:
Guests should indicate their anticipated time of arrival when booking. Upon arrival, guests should phone the hotel to coordinate the delivery of keys (contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site).
Office hours for check-in are weekdays, 10:00 to 20:00. Outside of these hours keys must be collected from the Hostal Itaca Youth Hostel (2 Carrer de Ripoll) for Duran i Bas apartments, and from the Hotel Duquesa de Cardona (12 Passeig de Colon) for the San Miquel apartments.

The staff were very friendly, the apartment was walking distance to the la ramblas, beach, cable car and lots and restaurants and shops. Apartment was quiet trendy and clean, pleased to see that it looked like what it did on the internet, plus good value for money. |

Very well located as well for city tour as for shopping. We were 5 girls and this alternative was very good. Other hotel expensive. Everybody liked their stay. One key available and bed were not clean 100% but not so terrible. Little bit noisy outside. |

Location excellent, you are in the heart of Barcelona. Big apartment, close to beach and city center, perfect for holiday. Noisy at night, but you expact that with the location, cleaning staff non existant, stayed in apartment for 10 days and no one turned up once to clean the place!! |

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful It would be nice if they provided at least 2 sets of keys. We were a group of 5 and one set of keys was not enough. A place to leave your luggage for the day after check out would be helpful |

The apartment in carrer Sant Miquel is almost new, we stayed in the 1st floor's apartment which is really modern and fully equipped! It's got 2 balconies, one on each side. 1 double room has a huge wardrobe and is enough spacious, located right next to the brand new and very roomy bathroom and giving direct access to the balcony. Next to it is the single room, with no storage space and a single bed, however it is relatively quite spacious and you'll find a big wardrobe opposite the door. The living room boasts 2 couches both convertible into double beds from Ikea, very comfortable according to our friends and very easily/quickly manipulable; in that same room is a dining table and 4 chairs, a cabled TV, and all the necessary equipment brand new, such as large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenware... Everything has been made to give you the optimal comfort and the area is quiet and ideally located for the nice sandy beaches (3mins) as for the city centre within a 10 minutes walk. There are also public transports very close by but we felt like walking most of the time, the area being so lovely. You'll find shops everywhere around with very reasonable prices and a very good bakery for the freshest bread a 2 minute walk away on a big square! We loved it and will definitely be going back for more! And Barcelona is awesome!!! thank you Med-Aparts, Gracias Ignacio! |

staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. facilities are good and sufficient. the department hotel is quite closed to the catalunya plaza, very convenient. 1. extra cleaning fee of Euro 30.00 was charged, but no daily cleaning service actually, we just got a cleaned room when we check in, during our 3-day stay in the hotel, there are actually no cleaning service. 2. the room cleaning was too bad, dishes get stains, carpet seems never cleaned, a blanket in the wardrobe smells very bad, and there is still some shit sticked to the toilet bowl. 3. |

Boa localização. A proximidade da praia e da marina são factores bastante favoráveis para uma estadia mais relaxante. O barulho. Durante a noite ouvia-se muito barulho, por fala de isolamento acustico, o que por vezes fazia parecer que o barulho era mesmo dentro do apartamento.Outra situação menos favorável são os 30 euros que tivemos de pagar a mais, que pela informação que nos deram seria para a limpeza. Por outro lado os 150 euros de caução que tivemos de pagar no inicio da estadia, pareceu-me um pouco exagerado. |

Супер апартаменты! за 15 дней путешествия по Испании - это лучшее, что у нас было. Отличное расположение (площадь каталунии 300 метров, кафедральный собор - 200 метров). В номерах - все новое, отличная техника (все хенсгроя), утюг, стиралка, сушилка, гладилка и прочее и прочее. Номера состоят из 3-х комнат. 2 спальни и гостиная. Очень рекомендую. Когда буду в Барсе - опять возьму его! |
