Breakfast was great! Neat, clean, efficient business hotel, also visited by tourists. Attentive personnel. The hotel is a little far from the action, but communications are pretty easy to any destination.Very competitive price for a 5 star hotel. |

The staff was helpful, although not always adequate. A decent hotel, but certainly not a five star one. Its location is nice but not very close to the main city attractions. The room was small, the price of breakfast was extremely high, the internet connection was erratic at best and, in my case the roof in the bathroom was leaking and I had to change room. |

The hotel was clean and modern, the room very good and the location was perfect for us, not too close to the central area but close enough to enjoy.We used the hop on hop off tourist buses which stoped 2 mins walk away from the hotel. |

Great hotel, high-grade, pulchritudinous panoramic sight(our rooms was at floor 20), very good and modern interior, good location, nice staff. We was very happy about or accommodation choice and trust me, we are picky. Breakfast price, no wifi in rooms but it free in lobby, some problems with air-conditioner but this is unimportant our 14 days accommodation was perfect:) |

I liked the breakfast, the comfort in the room. It was moreover very clean. I did not like the location (I should have checked before I booked) and I could not check out at 1pm instead of 12pm |

The hotel is located away from the "tourist" streets, therefore, not as crowded. It is only 20 minutes via bus to the city center. Hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet, but you will want to make sure it is part of your reservation, otherwise it is costly. Certainly a 4 star hotel, but not a 5 star. It lacked the personal service of a 5 star. |

The view from my room was amazing, the location was great, it was only a 7 Euro cab ride to La Rambla. I walked in and felt I had underpaid. The staff was very helpful and delightful not to mention multi lingual. |

Hotel is in a good location, good public transport access. Beds are comfortable. Power jet in the bath tub has not worked, we reported it 3 consecutive days but no action taken, no feedback at all. Usage of spa additional cost of 8 EUR per person; would be nice to have a free wifi access in the rooms due to the fact you stay in a 5 stars hotel. Breakfast buffet is not properly serviced due to the insufficient staffing. Fruits were not fresh and not washed. I would not come back again. |

We liked the rooms in that it was quiet. Also the beds were very comfortable. There was a nice restaurant on site but we did not use it. The Location. It was a bit of a walk to the subway. There was bus service although we did not use it. |

I'm really happy about the location according to the price I got, its just beside the big main street, and close to the down town. It's says they are 5 star hotel, but have to buy the internet cable in the reception. uhm... shouldn't.. |

This hotel was really good. The ratio quality/price is perfect. I think that in a 5 star hotel the wireless should be free in all hotel, and not only in the reception and bar areas. Room internet price was very high. |
