All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

A free cleaning service is provided for guests staying 7 nights or more.

It was easy to check in. Having found we had a smaller apartment than expected we asked to upgrade, and fortunately they were able to arrange that for the day after we requested it. We were able to leave our luggage there to check out after the normal check out time. Excellent location, safe area, plenty of restaurants etc. Wi fi worked well. Very comfortable beds. well equipped with hairdryer, iron, washing machine dishwasher, and starter packs for the machines., washing up liquid and toilet paper provided. We had booked for 5 people, though only 4 travelled as we thought that meant we would have one of the larger apartments, so we were surprised to have one of the smaller ones. Although only 10m2 difference, it makes a big difference for 4 people for a week's stay. Would have been a bit too compact for our taste. However fortunately we were able to upgrade when we requested it |

The location was close to the Metro station, near the church of Sagrada Familia and it was fairly peaceful. The apartament and toilets were not clean enough and the eiderdowns were dirty. |

The location was great...right around the corner from Sagrada Familia, Starbuck's and the metro. The apartments gave us enough room (family of 5) and with a budget price compared to two hotel rooms. The apartment was clean and perfect for a trip to the city. The bathrooms could have used a bit more scrubbing. |

Very centrally located. Close to the metro and other areas of interest. The directions to the apartment were not good at all. They said right out in front of metro stop, thus we walked around looking for it. Wasted about 30 minutes, which cost an additional Euro 20.00 because we were late. |

This hotel is right next door to the Sagrada Familia Church. The arrangements are a bit difficult to register (you need to call someone ahead- this can be difficult if you do not have a European phone) and there is no staff on site. However, the apartment room (kitchen/2BR/2Baths) is spacious and , the location ideal and all necessary conveniences are there. It is worthwhile and nice. |

Die Appartments sind zetral gelegen und gut mit den öffenlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Nähe zur Sagrada Familia ist ideal. Auch hat es gute kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, wo man gut und auch günstig essen kann.Die Schlüsselübergabe ging problemlos und unkompliziert. Leider war ein Zimmer nicht bewohnbar, weil es sehr übel gerochen hat.( Schimmel!) Auch hatten wir nicht genügend Bettwäsche und Frottéewäsche, was aber zum Teil noch nachgeliefert wurde. |

L'appartement est idéalement bien placé et très confortable. Excellente formule lorsque l'on est en famille. Il y a tous les services de proximité nécessaires à côté : métro, supermarché, magasins, petits restaus... (Je recommande "el rincon de Léon"). Et que lbonheur d'avoir juste à un coin de rue la sublime Sagrada Familia. Pas de points négatifs si ce n'est peut-être un manque de vaisselle pour ceux qui désireraient faire vraiment de la cuisine. |
