Super staff, good breakfast with sensible times, excellent location on the busy Las Rambla but rooms surprisingly quiet. Bar facility poor, no one to serve you and then no idea how. Either do it or don't. |

Location and the spacious room. Loved the large well equipped bath and separate dressing room. Excellent soundproofing. We were not permitted to take friends up to our room because only one of the couple had a picture ID on their person. They were accompanied by us so we felt this was excessive. Poor PR for the hotel as well as they are part time residents and we were showing them the room as they are frequently asked to reccomend hotels.. |

The hotel staff were so extremely helpful and friendly. They could not do enough to assist you. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the action but was not noisy. We found it relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel to everyone! |

Hotel location is excellent. It's right on the main street and there are so many restraunts and cafes around. Staff is very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was good but I did not like the atmosphere of the breakfast room. It 's cold and not homey. |

Staff was really attending all our needs, very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, rooms and especially the jacuzzi excellent, I would gladly return and I will warmly recommend this hotel to my friends. I really appreciated the free in-room internet access. A few stains on the carpets, a limited breakfast choice, but all in all an excellent hotel, perfect for a city break and even for business travellers. |

The location was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was one of the better continental offerings I have tried in many different cities over the years. The bar closed at 11pm, which may just have been due to the time of year (February), and it being quiet, but it would have been nice to be able to have a nightcap in the hotel before bed. |

Love the location on La Rambla. The staff very helpful and courteous. Gorgeous historic building. The room was probably one of the best we have ever stayed in. The best feature of the room was a jacuzzi tub which we used everyday after a long day of walking. |

The location was great. Only a 5 minute walk from aeroport bus stop in the city. The staff was fantastic! The breakfast wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can't say one bad thing about our experience. If I planned another trip to Barcelona, I would once again chose this hotel. Again, our experience was truly fantastic. |

Withoutdoubt --the outstanding feature is the courtesy ,friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff and the hotel is to be congratulated on this. The Hotel is also ideally located in the centre of Barcelona. The problem with water that was not available for a number of hours one afternoon --but this is not a complaint just a minor inconvenience. |
