The roof terrace was really lovely. Great location. On the whole it was fine, but it wasn't special, which was what I was expecting. Instead of the twin room we ordered we were given a double, the noise from the next door room's bathroom was so loud everytime the tap or shower was on it sounded like it was in your room, our room wasn't cleaned/serviced one of the days we were there. It was very over priced for such an average hotel. |

The location was great and the room was spacious. We did find, however, that the hotel's furniture was in peril of falling apart. The shower head would fall off the wall and the cupboards couldn't close properly. We had to be careful to not break anything or injure ourselves. Other than that, the patio was beautiful with Casa Mila in sight. The hotel staff was also very helpful and nice. |

Location is perfect - close to metro with three lines and view of Casa Mila. Room is clean but basically furnished. Continental breakfast was good value for 5 euros but no menu available - ordered from options of staff. |

Location was excellent. Room and bathroom well designed including flatscreen tv and mini fridge. We loved that our room had a balcony. With the exception of one front desk person (male - do not recall his name) the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. They did not orient us to what facilities were available I.E. lounge, internet, coffee dispensing machine etc on the first floor when we checked in. We stayed for six nights and discovered the above the day before we left. Also we did not receive a messge left for us (on Sun) till the night before we were checking out (Thursday) and again it was the male reception staff who handed it to us. Also we specifically called the hotel to ask if was a safe in the room , which there was except that they failed to mention that it was not operational due to technical difficulties. Would recommend a tv guide in the room. |

Absolutely great location-- 2 minutes' walking from metro; right next door to La Pedrera; in safe and elegant district; great for window shopping too-- all the big names are here. We had a quad room on the first floor which opens out to a sun terrace plus a view of the roof of La Pedrera. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable (although the 2 sofa beds were too saggy). Bathroom was big enough and clean. Hotel staff spoke good English and were very helpful-- still smiling and friendly even when we asked for extra towels after midnight!!. No kettle or cofee making facility in room. |

Rooms were clean and big enough. Desk personnel young, very friendly and extremely helpful. The dinners in the restaurant next to the hotel. Very good quality and not expensive. Were missing an iron. Somebody apparently had it in his/her room and did not return. Other thing breakfast: starts little late when you are on a business trip. On Sunday there was no breakfast at all. |

The people who worked there were very nice. Only small annoyances: there was no soap (only shampoo) and the safe didn't work. Not a big deal in itself, but I chose to pay more for one night to stay at a really nice place and I felt that for the price there could have been soap (I asked for it, there was none in the hotel) and the safe could have worked. I was also slightly disappointed with the "view" of Casa Mila. If you sit in the right spot you can see a chimney. |

Excellent location, comfortable beds, amazing shower. Even though I had specifically asked for a room facing the back of the building to avoid noise from the street, I was given room 11, right on top of the reception and facing the street. Very noisy at early hours in the morning, unfortunately. The staff could be a bit more cheerful. Some amenities such as a bar of soap, some writing paper, etc, would be nice. The fact that the minibar doesn't operate unless door key is connected is very impractical. |

A very enjoyable stay. We found the hotel to be modern and funky. Great location close to metro and hop on hop off bus stop. Would definitely stay again. Minor issues was that there was no hair dryer and on the lastday of our stay the water wasn't very hot. |

Very good, location and our room at the back of the hotel overlooked Gaudi's "La Pedrera". Staff very helpful. Room was small but very well and stylishly appointed. Clean. Would definitely go again. During our stay the hotel staff removed furniture from the room without letting us know beforehand. Breakfast did not always start on time. |

the location was excellent - very close to the Metro (Diagonal) and just about 2 stops away from everywhere we wanted to go. It was also quiet for the city centre (not on a main road). It would have been useful to have a hairdryer in the room |
