The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We also found the room to be really comfortable and well-suited to our needs. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything including what people are doing next door. The rooms are also a bit stuffy, so it's hard to breathe. |

the hotel was in a very central area, very easy to get to the shops and all the main attractions the city has to offer. the hotel was clean quite modern and rooms were spacious. i would definately stay there again and i would recommend it to others. |

Hotel exceed my expectations for a 3 star hotel. Big room, very good bathroom, all what you need after a day of city seeing. Excellent location, close to plaza Catalania and La Rambla, close to station of Bus Touristic.Very nice people at reception, the girl Katya was exceptionally nice and helpful. I was there with my family and hotel staff did everything to make our stay pleasurable.Price was very good if you consider a location of a hotel. We were there when Barcelona celebrated La Merce and we were able to observe parade from our balcony! It had free WiFi in entire hotel. |

The hotel is clean and the staffs are very pleasant and helpful. The wireless internet connection simply did not work. The insulation was very inefficient, and the noise from people stayed next door to me as well as the noise from the street kept me up until early hour in the morning every night. |

Russian speaking recepcion. 50% rooms have a view on the wall. So if you want to have a nice view from your window you need a different hotel. |

It was clean and well located. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, however we did enjoy our stay. The coffee was good! |

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Restaurant closes at 10 pm, also closed for weekends. Inconvenient. Wi - fi in the hotel very temperamental, not dependable. |

The hotel was in a great location, clean and friendly staff. Perfect for a city break!! The cleaner was too eager to get into the room even though we left a note into the door not to disturb us! |

The position was very handy for the underground and getting around. The room was quiet and spacious and the breakfast was good. |

It is in the city centre, very confortable for the turist who want to enjoy a tour around the city. First, they put us in a family room, which had a door conecting to a different room. We could hear everything what were doing the couple next to our room. We did not like it at all and we asked to change. They did after some complains. |

For the rate we got the hotel was excellent value. Room was of a high standard and bigger than most.Nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Short walk to Ramblas and beside Metro station. Parking in hotel and close by if full was expensive. |

very good location,near to Rambla and metro ( Universitat station), hotel friendly personnel, clean room, quiet street the room walls to thin.You hear almost everything from other room, and no variations of breakfast. |

It is close to the city centre, shops and sightseeing ponts; with underground station just round the corner; and convenient store across the road. It would be good if breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee could be inclusive in room rate |

very convenient for the city centre and the Tapas Bars etc.reception recommended where to eat in walking distance and it was very good.Breakfast which we had included also very good buffet. |

The room was clean and nice, the stuff was very friendly, and the breakfest was excelent. At the first night we got twin room with two beds instead of double room with one double bed. but the stuff had switch the room after the first night. |

The staff was very friendly. They were always willing to help and were very knowledgable about the city and how to get to the places we wanted to visit. If they were not sure, they would research the information for us. |
