The hotel was very modern, the location was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. If you get chance to use the hairdressers - Hair by David - then do - they give the best head massage i have ever had and the price is very reasonable!! Although the rooms were extremely modern and high tech when staying in the same room as a friend there is absolutely no privacy so make sure you know the person you are staying with very well!! Also we had many problems with the overhead projector which kept over heating. |

Hotel deluxe with top staff and top decoration. The restaurant serve excellent food, very innovative and modern. A bit too expensive on the rack price, check for last minute discounts |

the hotel design was so cool and modern and the location was superb! everything was so close by tour bus stops, shopping, restaurants whatever you needed. I found the staff to be perhaps a bit snotty and unfortunately the room service menu wasn't that great but it didnt matter because of the restaurants near the hotel. |

Big and nicely furnished rooms, good atmosphere, friendly staff, surprisingly alive lobby bar at Sat night Some of the furniture bits are a bit worn out, nothing serious, but you can see that some maintenance works would be due. The light is a bit weak and the switching is really confusing. |

location and the staff were very helpful the design of the room. too small; design and location of toilet poor; also a handwash basin should be located in the toilet area - if you can't fit one in, then substitute the bidet |

The staff were outstanding. Their helpfulness and kindness was superb. Their willingness to speak English was a real plus. Staying at this hotel made our time in Barcelona wonderful. The beauty and health spa facilities were excellent. The passages to get to rooms were too dark. The breakfasts too expensive. The only other problem (but this is not the fault of the hotel) was the construction noise outside in the streets. |

We got an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The room was really well decorated and confortable. The Swiming pool in the Terrace is also fantastic. |

Staff ws very good; good location;; room was good size.. The hotel design was very attractive and modern. lighting in room was not good; I asked for a room away from street noise but they could not accomodate me.. One morning they did not give me a wake-up call so I over-slept a meeting. |

Hotel Omm appeals to those travellers who really appreciate cutting edge design.The rooms are extremely comfortable and the lounge bar is stunning along with the gorgeous roof top pool.The location is about as good as it gets.To top it off the staff were amazingly helpful at all times. Hotel Omm is a superb hotel with very reasononable rates. |

Friendly helpful staff, excellent food, modern beautiful surroundings, excellent room service. We particularly loved having the fresh water and chocolates every evening. The terrace in the room was roomy and overlooked a quiet interior courtyard. We also enjoyed having the pool and terrace at the top of the building. There were signs of wear and tear in the room - scratched counters, worn rug. |

Nice restaurant and excelent Spa facilities Although on booking.com hotel website there is a mentioning of an extra charge of 65 euros per day for the addition of an extra bed, the hotel wanted me to pay three times as much in order to get a suite that could accomodate my 6 year old son or put us in a a room with out natural light (a prison basicaly)or get an extra room which I did and never used but only paid for it. I even asked for connecting rooms and the answer was that the 5 star rated Hotel didn't have any connecting rooms! |

The hotel is well located, confortable and clean. Professional staff,i really appreciated my stay at OMM hotel. TI hearted myself when getting out of the bath-tub, no handle to hold, a little bit dangereous when you are facing the glass and trying to geg out. |

hotel omm is all about friendly stuff ...cool design and a real good resturant ! if you are staying in the hotel dont pass on the launch menue offer for 45 euro -I have eaten in michlen star resturants before -but this one is real dimond. shh dont tell anyone! |

The most impressive aspect of our stay at Omm was how well we were looked after by the staff working there, they were genuinely friendly, helpful with local advice and the room was made up several times during the day to keep it looking fabulous. The hotel is very stylish and has the best service I have ever experienced in a hotel. The walls are a little thin so you are aware of other guests moving about, but not enough to disturb you greatly. A very small negative far outweighed by the positives. |
