We liked having coffe, bottled water and apples available as well as internet services without extra charges. Beds were firmer than we are used to. |

The friendly and helpfull staff, safe environment as two females travelling alone. Made to feel important. There was no milk available for coffee and no selection of fruit as promised. |

We loved the location. We walked everywhere from there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast was very good. We would recommend this hotel. We really appreciated having access to the internet, As I write this email we are in the hotel again at the end of our cruise. I would prefer to have a wash cloth in my room. I found hand towels in the public restrooms that were very good for that so we used those. |

Its central location. 'Free' bottles of water and apples available to the guests each day in the lounge. Room was very good with comfortsble beds. The was basin in the bathroom was very shallow,so it was easy for the water to surge out onto the surrounds and the floor if you were not careful. |

Central location meant you could get to any part of the city. Male receptionists were friendly, helpful and courteous throughout. A funky interior, kept very clean. Good breakfast. Female receptionists were rude, unhelpful, inattentive and argumentative. The hotel was very open plan, no floor coverings which meant it was noisy all the time. Barking dogs from houses at the back woke us most mornings. We kept having to ask for the free water and fruit to be topped up everyday. |

the location was excellent and the outside patio area an added bonus in a busy city like Barcelona also the lounge offering tea/coffee and water very much appreciated the room had no window to the outside world so we had no idea what the weather was like (sunny /raining ) |

In general, the hotel was more than satisfactory and I would definitely return again. The location was ideal - just off La Ramblas. The interior design had a quiet elegance to it. The patio was also most enjoyable after a day of sightseeing. Water, tea, coffee and fruit were supplied free of charge. It was excellent value. The room could have used an additional mirror. |

The hotel is excellent for what we were looking for in BCN. Close to Ramplas, Barceloneta & Gotico. The staff was very helpful and ready to help us in any case. The complementary coffee, tea, water & fruits for all the guests were more than welcome and you can understand that the hotel respects the price you are paying (in our case 85E no brkfst) for the room. The position was for my opinion very good because we had 2 metro stations in a 2-4 minutes walking distance and we were also close to Bar. Gotico where we spend a lot of time strolling among the narrow streets. Also the free Internet (through the 2 PC's and 1 printer at the lounge) + the wireless option, for my opinion are rises my rate for the hotel. The back yard is also a plus. A full body mirror in the room would be good. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful .The location was excellent just around the corner from La Rambla and the metro.Tea/coffee and water provided in the lounge area, and access to an outside terrace was very useful after a long day walking around seeing the sights. The only improvement would be the provision of a full length mirror [or any mirror] in the bedroom itself. The only mirror was in the bathroom which proved a bit difficult when there are two people. |

The hotel is very tastefully decorated & the rooms are comfortable & clean, the street outside is busy but we had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet at night, the staff are very helpful & I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a central location. |

convenice to La Rambla and hotel staff very helpful. It was beautifully designed and modern, clean establisment. For the price, I would have thought that it should have included breakfast. as it wasn't the cheapest hotel. |

Liked the security provided, the location for sightseeing, the relaxed atmosphere, the tea and coffee facilities, the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the reception staff and the general decor of the hotel. Just one thing - no mirror in the bedroom (just a small one in the bathroom) |

A delighful hotel: interesting, attractive decor, excellent location, friendly, efficient staff. The facilities offered are very practical and thoughtful: nice touches like free tea/coffee/mineral water and fruit available 24h a day, computers with free internet access, pleasant lounge and terrace. Exactly what you need on a city break, no more, no less. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. Everything was great, no complaints at all |

Speedy check in and out. Location to centre excellent. (Liceu metro 2 minutes walk!) The reception and lounge area modern and very clean with complimentary cold water and espresso machine. The rooms with a view to the street have a very small window, rooms overlooking the courtyard have a larger window. The shower is excellent with large cubicle and modern shower head. Beds firm but comfortable. Onix have two good hotels on/near the Rambla which I would recommend for all travellers to the city. Wifi does not seem to work if you have a room above the 3rd floor, but reception will oblige with a cable which makes the connection faster. |

Clean, modern minimilist design hotel right in the centre of Barcelona. Just off La Ramblas and close to the modern harbour shopping and lesiure centre. The street where the hotel is situated is a little seedy at night, one of our party was robbed on our first night. |
