Location was excellent. Hotel was individual and the rooms were refurbished sympathetically. The hotel had evrything you need for a city break. |

The location is sooo perfect. Design is different at last! Very very good, very good use of the assets of the place, and comfortable at the same time Wi-fi was'nt working nor the telephone for local calls. Cleaning was minimal |

The great location: close to shops if you are an avid shopper; close to great tapas bars if you enjoy great affordable cuisine; right on Rambla for sights, sounds, and tours. Also great value for money. Can't say as the hotel met my main qualifications which was price and location. |

The hotel was in an excellent location, very near the main square. It was near the metro system, very convenient. The room and shower were excellent, very comfortable. The hotel did not have a restaurant but just outside was a very good tapas and breakfast cafe. |

Very nice hotel in great location in Barcelona, excellent value for the price. Rooms on front or back are larger, important to us as we stayed 2 weeks. Highly recommended. |

Perfect location, two minutes walk to Placa Catalunja, two minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia and Gaudi houses. We were in quiet clean room, turned to the inner court and beautiful terrace. Toilet and bathroom are in front of the windows, between room and the window and if privacy needed, the room becomes detached and dark. |

Excellent location, interesting and nice interior, very comfortable room, cosy terrace on the first floor - It was very strange to find an almost finished toilet paper roll upon arrival; - The safe in the room where we locked our passports couldn't be opened next day. The technician had to drill it to get our things out, he also mentioned that it wasn't the first safe to break down (so better keep your things at the reception safe). - I wouldn't recommend to take their breakfast. It was too small and lacked taste (so better look for cafes in the neighbourhood). |

decor was excellent, rooms very clean in a good central location no tea and coffee facilities in room or a fridge which added to food and drink expenses, which were very high in this location |

Small rooms but had everything i needed. It was clean and stylish, Staff were efficient and helpful. Location was excellent and the interior of the hotel was very interesting. |

Location and value for the money were the key. There is a plaque with 2 stars only at the entrance of the hotel - but in Booking.com it is stated the hotel is 3 stars - please, correct. There is no buffet in the Hotel itself, no hooks for towels in the shower room and no fridge [which is ok for 2 stars, but not for 3 stars] |

My friends and I loved the location. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The terrace in the first floor was great! It was a nice place to meet - like an extension of the room. The bathroom could do with a shower curtain. Although the rain shower was great, the water spilled into the floors and made it very wet.The room-to-room telephone connection did not work very well either. |

The location. The design of the room was unique too; I especially liked the high ceiling and tiled floor, and the bathroom with its elegant french windows. Unfortunately, once the sliding doors to the bathroom were closed, there was not much the lighting in the bedroom proper. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent - close to all shopping and restuarants but also not in a noisey part of the road. It would be great if they did have some sort of room service / restaurant facilities. |

The hotel is in a brilliant location and is very smart and modern. I did not find the previous reviews about lack of bathroom soap relevant as there were both bath shower gel and a sink bar that were definitely enough. Clean, classy and simply just what we were looking for! |

Staff are friendly, kind and genial. It's a design hotel. Building is fascinating. Clean rooms... Room is really small not suitable for big people. Many rooms faced to lighthole. It's a big chance if you get a room facing outside. Expensive.. |

Central location in pleasant part of the Ramblas, very attentive staff Breakfast was o.k., but took some fighting with the restaurant next door to get - if possible forego the breakfast, save on the rate and get yourself a breakfast separately |

The location was perfect. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.The decorations on the walls and the building overall were so beautiful.Whenever I go to Barcelona again, I will book the same hotel. This paragraph is written for a very much liked hotel. But maybe it would be even a superb one: The hotel was redecorated in general. I like the unique+ contemporary atmosphere, except for the huge white armchairs at the entrance, the ruined a lot of things and looked cheap. The small rooms I stayed in looked smaller due to the black painting that wrapped the walls and the ceiling!!. It may look more spacious and clean with non black colors and the scarry abstract figures hung on the walls. |

We had the large, comfortable and modern styled room (109) with the exit to the terrace. Perfect location only in 3-5 minutes by walking to the Plaza Cataluna. Free wi-fi was available in the room. There were no problems with our staying though it`s new hotel. For your info: the breakfast is served in the next-door restaurant from 8.40 till 10.30 AM |

The room we stayed in was huge, with beautiful high ceilings, and the bathrooms are spectacular. The hotel is located near the bottom of Rambla de Catalunya, one block from Passeig de Gracia and many of the main sites and walking distance from Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. The courtyard of the hotel itself is very impressive and the price makes this hotel one of the best bargains I've ever found. I'd definitely come back. |
