De receptionisten waren erg hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Het receptiepersoneel spreekt erg veel talen, waaronder Nederlands. Het hotel ligt op een ideale locatie dichtbij het strand, maar ver genoeg weg om geen overlast van de uitgaansgelegenheden te hebben. De schoonmaak van de kamers liet sterk te wensen over. Geen zwembad bij het hotel. Eenmaal was er geen toiletpapier aanwezig! Het terras of tuin is in werkelijkheid een tegenvaller ten opzichte van de foto's. |

De kamers waren erg schoon. Het personeel, inclusief de schoonmakers, was erg vriendelijk. Prima hotel op nog geen vijf minuten lopen van het strand. De kamers werden laat op de dag schoongemaakt. Eén keer werd onze kamer zelfs pas rond 17:00 uur schoongemaakt. Het is veel fijner dat als je tussen de middag in de kamer aankomt, de kamer al lekker schoongemaakt is. |

Geen lobbybar, terras niet geopend. Eerder een studioverhuur dan een 4sterren hotel??. Ben zeer regelmatig in hotels, heb voldoende referenties. Geen lobbybar, weinig mogelijkheden om in het hotel te verblijven. Personeel was heel afwezig en kamer zeer basic. Ik had een junior suite. Terwijl dit gewoon een kamer was. |

Vriendelijk onthaal. Airco werkt perfect. Spijtig dat de roomservice en restaurant gedurende augustus gesloten zijn. Een klein min puntje; de geroerde eieren (ontbijt) is waarschijnlijk van het poedersoort. Niet te eten. |

mooi zakelijk hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel. ontbijt uitstekend, menu perfect mocht alleen wat meer keuze zijn.Persoonlijk vindt ik dit meer een zaken hotel dan vacantie hotel. Sfeer wat het uitstraalt is zakelijk. |

Dichtbij het adres waar wij wilden wezen. Dat is de enige reden waarom wij speciaal dit hotel kozen. De prijs die wordt gerekend voor een ontbijt (15 euro per persoon) vinden wij behoorlijk hoog. |

Cleanliness We had reserved a booking in the hotel, but the hotel had been overbooked, so we were moved to another hototel . Although of comparable standard, rooms are cheaper to reserve , the hotel was two blocks further, and we were not able to socialise with the other party that was staying in the Rafael hotel that was also on vacation for a reunion. |

The very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast and the location. The staff didn't tell us about the street full of good tapas bars just 2 blocks away on Rambla del Poblenou, when we asked for somewhere close by to eat. We only discovered it the last night. |

that it is near the beach and not to long away from the city Room cleaning missed 2 days. the breakfast is to expensive compared to what you get. There was a noise in the room at night, I don't know if it was the ventilation but it was anoying. |

Beds were huge and comfortable. Though the room was not facing the sea, from the left hand we had quite a large view of it. Hotel staff immediately came upstairs with us to check/explain when we had a question. The room was extremely tidy. The safe was not tiny, so we could fit a few things, e.g. the videocamera, that we didn't want to be carrying all the time. The beaches are literally two minutes walk and the closest metro station, Poblenou, is only some 5-8 minutes away. In the same Poblenou area there are many shops and restaurants. There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself. However, one must understand that to go to the city centre you need a metro or a taxi. |

The cleanliness of the hotel , its close proximity to the beaches the surroundings. A kettle in the hotel room would make the stay more comfortable. |

1.The location is great if you travel to Barcelona for the beach or for visiting (there’s some public transportation and also affordable taxi to most touristic places). 2.The free LAN-internet in the room 3.English speaking personnel (you get to appreciate this in Barcelona) 1.It was actually a very unpleasant surprise that we were initially allocated a room that hadn't been cleaned (although we checked in very late, around 2 am, after announcing the hotel about the delay). We were immediately moved to a similar room after we complained. Although I am sure it was a honest slip-up, some incentive or maybe room upgrade would have been a nice compensation for the inconvenience 2.The construction site near the hotel is a little unpleasant, but quite acceptable if you do not stay in the room during the day (who would anyway) and if you are not a light sleeper for mornings. Maybe that’s why we got such a great deal 3.Asking the people at the reception to call a taxi for us didn't work. We got one ourselves |

Not much. This claims to be a 4 star hotel but the rooms are a average or below average 3 star. The food was OKish and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok. Hotel would suit high-class coach parties. It took 3 changes of room and about 90 minutes to get a working internet connection and a room away from the building site. The rooms have an air of student accomodation, with some worn fixtures. TVs are old 14" style on a wall bracket. Hotel is miles away from anywhere, although reasonably close to metro. |

Its well located near Ronda del Litoral.I had to go to the circuit of Montmeló every day so it was easy to find. |
