We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern. We arrived early and were permitted to go to our room much earlier than we had expected. Thank you! Restaurant prices were quite high. |

We loved that there was a Casino adjacent to the hotel. What a surprise! The pool was fantastic and the location perfect. The lobby is huge and very modern, but the best thing of all was the breakfast. It was amazing, and included caviar and champagne. |

The hotel looked nice from the outside, but it was another story once we actually got to our room. The internet did not work, nor did any of the other facilities that are listed on their site (sauna...). The staff did not care and did not try to fix anything. The morning that we checked out I heard another guest complaining to the front desk about their service as well. There wasn't much to do around the hotel, but the metro is about 7 min. walk if you aren't looking for a hotel that is central to anything. |

Although outside the central area, it's very easy to get there by bus or subway. A few minutes walk from the beach. It has good facilities for meetings. |

The hotel was great the staff were exceptional. I was extremely disappointed that some nights and mornings there was no hot water to shower with and that the room was cold as there was no radiators or heaters |

it was a quiet hotel, the location was ok, good value for money there was no water during the nights (2am-7am) and all the lights were flickering. although there was a kettle in the room, one had to go to the bar and request for coffee etc (at no extra cost though) |

For an American traveler, their English was very good. The breakfast is a great traditional Spanish breakfast. The Metro is about a 10 minute walk, but it's on the same street so it's very easy to find. The beach is about 3 minutes away. Very nice neighborhood and clean hotel. |

Safe in room, access to ice were two plusses. The location of this hotel is problematic. It is not safe to walk to the Metro station... the front desk strongly advises against it. When there, we say a couple reporting a theft to the police. Also, our view was of a dirty, slum-like lean to... the furthest from four-star that I can imagine. |

excellent location near beach but only a 30 minute walk to city centre. good free breakfast due to booking over 30 days in advance.. lovely quiet area, no traffic noise. maid didn't come to clean room until 5.00 pm one day, right in the middle of my siesta. |

Everything was really comfortable, close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and shops.Staff was helpful but not intrusive and spoke a really good english.. Italian electric adaptor unavailable. |

Location was great as near the beach and relatives that we have living there. We had a family room which was excellent. Was a bit costly for what we got. Hot water was a bit dodfy and shower was a bit broken. |

Nice buffet breakfast, and close proximity to the beach. Nice family room when travelling with small kids. We asked for a reasonably priced restaurant and were sent to a very expensive restaurnt. Not an optimal situation with children - so be very careful about the restaurant recos |
