Amazing value given the good location. Away from La Rambla and therefore quiet and tranquil but within easy walking distance to everything central. Stylish hotel which I would rate as clearly 4-star. Pleasant, helpful and attentive staff. Smallish room, but OK by European standards and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. |

We spent the NYE in Barcelona. Was very impressed with hotel staff, extremely forthcoming, gave us excellent recommendations with regards to the public holiday on the 1. Jan., etc. WiFi was working fine. Stayed in one of the Atrium rooms, interesting experience. Good location, Metro is quite close. |

Everything part from the aircon was on hot for the winter period, but outside temperature was still 22c. The nights were hot as souna. we had to sleep with the windos open. |

Regardless of language barriers, the staff were always very helpful. Decor is extremely nice. Room very comfortable and excellent to return to after a long day of Spanish sight-seeing, eating, drinking and shopping. |

Breakfast was good and seimming pool on the roof top allthough it was quite cold in November so we couldn't use it. Wireless internet connection supposed to be free and it was but it didn't work and when it worked it was really slow. Premium version costed 6 euros, but it didn't worked either. I think the signal was really weak in our room and that's why it didn't work but the staff didn't do anything else but told us to call to the company which was providing the wireless internet. Also the restaurant downstairs was quite expensive. |

Firstly the reception area is spectacular and gives the impression of grandeur. Staff are particularly attentive and friendly. The rooms are beautifully appointed and equipped with beds which are the most comfortable I have EVER slept in. Felt like a five star hotel and Very affordable. |

Location was convenient for my individual needs, which was the main reason for choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Security was better than expected (electronic room key required to operate elevator in ascending direction from ground floor). Reception staff were comfortable in several international languages. The rooms security safe was sufficiently large to accomodate a laptop. The cost was expensive for a single room (no apparent reduction for single person occupancy). There was excessive noise from bathroom drainage of adjacent rooms (particularly from rooms above). Continental breakfast was expensive (over 18 euros). The coffee/snack bar was unmanned (for 20 minutes, approaching midday) on the only occassion that I attempted to use it for a light snack instead of breakfast (during a one night only stay). |

Easy to get around the City. Friendly reception and well looked after while there. The taxi drivers outside exploit hotel customers by overcharging for rides. |

Excellent friendly staff. Had a problem with the room when we arrived and we were moved immediately with no fuss whatsoever. Could not find fault with this hotel except perhaps that it is on a very busy road. |
