Very good bed We had bath tub but it was almost not possible to make it hold the wather (small plastic bag bellow plug did the trick) |

The cleanliness and it's proximity to the Metro Station makes traveling to fro the city easy. The distance from the city consumes time even when taking the metro. There was no kettle to boil water available and the coffee machine outside the room seems to be faulty. |

The rooms are quite comfortable with all equipment needed for a buisness trip, however the hotel is located relatively far away from the buisness center. |

Very comfortable and spacious room. Very clean hotel and the food was wonderful and very well presented. The only thing that could have made it better would have been the facility to make hot drinks in the bedroom, ie coffee and tea. There was only a mini bar which we did not want. |

The hotel was very quiet and is a nice hotel, however it is quite a distance from the centre of Barcelona, especially when a taxi is required(night time). The rooms were clean and well kept, the decor modern for the price paid. I would stay closer to Barcelona City centre if I were to travel again. The times of food service were not ideal and with the exception of the reception staff, the staff were not welcoming or nice |

The staff were extremely friendly and gave advice on where to eat etc. The hotel was very near an FGC station, El Putxet, and it only took about 10 minutes to get to Plaza Catalunya from there, so it was very handy for the centre of Barcelona. The rooms were excellent. |

Very nice rooms, great breakfasts with natural juices, helpful staff, good location, near FCG railway station (Putxet) Internet - no wi-fi, you have to take a cable modem from reception and you get only 24h access code (of course, you can renew it, but it's a bit uncomortable), fortunately it's free. |

I must say the staff were lovely, very efficient and excellent english which helps a lot. We were out and about every day and returned to the hotel rarely but when we did, for a shower or a rest there was only 1 english language station on the TV. I would definalty have prefered more choice. |

Clean, adequate hotel with very helpful and polite staff. Good location, only a few minutes walk from metro or FCG train. Breakfast buffet could have a better variety. The room was a bit narrow. |

We liked really much staying at Silken Grvasi Hotel. Staff was really friendly and professional. Metro was really close. Breakfest could have been better, something more to eat. We had non smoking room, but cigarette smoke was coming all the time to our bathroom. |

excellent value, location, staff. tea maker will be essential and necessity. brakefast better price will be must since 30 meters away you can eat full brakefast with 04 euros.microwave oven is a cheap but an effective addition to the room together with a water heater. the parking garage is a nightmare. |
