Dieses Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Placa de Catalunya. In der Umgebung haben sehr viele Lokale. Die Zimmer sind modern und das Personal war kompetent. Wir haben zwei Zimmer in den Innenhof gehabt, was Vorteile und Nachteile inkludiert. Der Vorteil war, dass kein Strassenlärm zu hören ist. Der Nachteil, dass auch der Innenhof sehr hellhörig ist. Schnarchgeräusche und auch andere aus den Nachbarzimmern oberhalb oder unterhalb sind manchmal störend. |

Von der zentralen und rühigen Lage, um die Ecke von Passeig de Gracia, kann man die edler Seite Barcelonas geniessen. Man kann trotzdem innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Füss die Ramblas erreichen. Das Hotel bietet eine kostenlose Wifi und lan Verbindungen an.Mein Zimmer (Ich habe einen Doppelzimmer für einen Person reserviert) war gemütlich wenn auch nicht allzu größ mit einem angenehmen Badezimmer. Klima gabs, aber Zimmer war zu dunkel, nicht zur Strasse. Dass man im voraus zahlen müsste, tut man im Bordell! Beim Buchung bei Booking.com hat man die Möglichkeit einen Raucherzimmer zu Buchen: gab es nicht! Frühstuck für 20 Euros ist viel zu teuer, dafür gibt es schöne kleine Cafes um die Ecke in Rambla Catalane, wo man super frühstucken kann, und für viel weniger Geld! Die minibar Preisen sind weit übertrieben, besonders wenn man merkt, die Flaschen Cola, Wasser, Säfte usw. Sind mini-Flaschen. (Ein Cola und ein Perrier hat fast 8 Euros gekostet!) Danach habe ich meine nächtliche Getränke stets im Supermarkt geholt und im Kühlschrank aufgehoben! Safe im Zimmer wird extra berechnet (7€ pro tag). Zimmer dunkel.Taxi zum Flughafen selber holen, 18 statt 30+ Euro!! |

sehr gut Lage fast alles in Laufnähe, sehr gepflegt (Zimmer war neu renoviert), angenehme komfortable Zimmer, zum Innenhof Nachts recht ruhig Safe im Zimmer wird extra berechnet (7€ pro Tag); Zimmer 201 liegt neben einem Technik Raum, dessen Schall (Wasserrauschen) über die Klimaanlage in das Zimmer übertragen wird, laut Recception kann man das nicht abstellen |

We had just disembarked a cruise ship and arrived at the hotel well before checking-in time. The receptionist was lovely, our room was already prepared and of course we could check-in right away, did we need tickets for a show, tour etc.. My husband thought the bed was rock hard! But some guests may like that. You can't please all the people ......Also, if I'd known that everything was closed in Barcelona on a Sunday, I'd have booked a hotel with a pool. |

Good location. Walkign distance from Casa Battlo and Placa Catalunya and metro station Passeig de Gracia. Walking distance from where the aiport shuttle drops off at Placa Catalunya. Room is small and not on the main road but decent. Do try the restaurant Txapella quite near the hotel which serves the best value Tapas in barcelona.. |

The loctaion was very central yet quiet. There are plenty of lovely shops ans tapas restuarants outside your door. We didn't use the hotel facilities as there seemed to be many better options near-by |

The most important feature of the hotel was location. Also, baths were very nice and great shower and size of room was good. The days with no air conditioning but I think that was only two days during our stay. Someone must have complained and it was turned on after a couple of days. We didn't complain because we were never there except to sleep. We were busy enjoying Barcelona. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Location was excellent...ten min. walk to centre, metro and tourist bus stop around the corner, good restaurants nearby. We had booked a double room but on arrival the receptionist advised us to take a twin instead as it was much quieter. (The double was near the lift) No sign of life around the bar and restaurant. Buffet breakfast cost 21.40 euro so we went out to the cafes round the corner. |

The location was superb and the hotel was very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel This was apparently once graded four stars - it's good, but not that good. However, its prices for most things suggest it still thinks of itself as a luxury hotel... |

everything was perfect. receptionist were kind(especially boy was really helpful), wonderful location, clean rooms, quite area, big window, etc. If I go to Barcelona again, I'd like to stay here :) the computer at the reception was extremly expensive, and didn't work well. maybe it'd be better to bring laptop. |
