clean,loction,modern furniture, presumably jusr redecoarted, fantastic view of theare, located near marina metro tv only in spanish,the matress although presumably new was terrible(can actually feel the bed structure beneath you), no hangers or shelves in the shower(have to leave clothes nd towels on the WC or sink,in the shower itself nowhere where to put shampoo etc),could smell cigarettes from neighbouring room,could hear tv and conversation in other room, the tap came off.an other guest complained that the sink was not draining, an other that water was seeping from the soffit.I think the refurbishment works were concluded in a rush and these are the inevitable results..... |

It was near the Sagrade Familia and Metro line. Friendly staff. The room I stayed in was connected to another through two wooden doors. I could hear everything the neighbours were talking and laughing about for hours. It was very disturbing. |

The staff in reception are very friendly and helpful. I like the location. I would like more stations in English on the TV. The staff in the restaurant are not very friendly or efficient . Have to go and look for them if you would like coffee... |

Friendly staff, who were more than helpful, and also spoke good English, which was nice as we didn't speak much Spanish. Room was cleaned regularly. Had a Shower rather than a Bath. Very close to many of the sights in Barcelona. |

Hotel is close to the metro station, bus station. Noisy basketball field in the backyard. Continental breakfast is nothing in comparison to local bars. |

Staff was very helpful It was fairly close to the tram line, but not convenient to any restaurants or shopping. Had to spent about 20 minutes on the tram and metro to get into the city. |

It's a great value for its convenient location. Rooms are cozy and well design. Will stay again! We stayed for four nights and we decided not to have the room cleaned for one of the day by placing the do not disturb card on the knob, but the room got cleaned anyway. |

2 metro stations from City Centre (Playa Catalunha); 10 minutes walking to Sagrada Familia; 10 minutes walking to Glories Shopping Centre; Theatre and music L'Auditori just near by (went for a show); Free Internet access; Modern and clean hotel facilities/room. The initial room was on the back side: in the morning 8 AM there is a kids school and at night there is a Basketball school until 11 PM; I've requested and they changed the room to the front side without problem - I advice to book requesting the front side and an upper floor if possible. |

reasonable nice room. one very good and friendly personeels amount all the others. Good smilly cleaning ladies who greeds you when they see you. I am not satisfied because of the grumpy and unhelpful attitude of the personeels there. It always take a long tiem for the taxi to come. The working desk is just a bit bigger than a laptop. My wireless internet is not working my my room ane they could not do anything to help, they did not even bother. The way they put the common computor in the lobby which everybody can read your mail and not private enough. When I aksed questions or help, they are not helpful nor did not look into my eyes when they talk. I felt not welcome. So i will not return nor suggested it to my friends unless they have a low budget. he room charges double during the weekend, for 160 euro for an evening weekend price, i can have a design hotel in the centre. |

The room was very modern with a big terrace with excellent view on the theatre. The hotel was only 15 min to walk to Sagrada Familia and close to the metro station. I do recommend it. |

The room is clean and comfortable The hotel is not easy to locate. The staff is not helpful. I lost my mobile phone in barcelona and seek for the help from hotel. They just told me it is impossible to be lost in the hotel room but did nothing else. |

Room was nicely furnished, well lit and clean. The aircon was great as well. The toilet was new and large. It's next to a primary school and is a little noisey during the day but okay when you shut the windows which is fine with the aircon on. |
