Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
All guests must contact the property 48 hours in advance of their anticipated time of arrival, by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
Keys can be collected in the propertys office, located in the same building as the apartments at 3, Calle Sant Nicolau. The reception is open from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:30. Guests having to check-in outside of these times must inform the hotel in advance.
Guests having to check in after 22:00 must pay an additional surcharge of EUR 25.

Smart design and comfortable. Max and Isabel (in the office) were extremely helpful with everything we wanted to know to make our stay easier. This included helping us to find accomodation in Andalusia over the Fiesta weekend, and Max wrote us a whole bunch of travel tips for Seville and Granada based on his experience. It wasn't obvious when booking that the suites do not have 24 hour reception nor an onsite concierge - therefore when arriving at around 8:30pm having travelled from Australia, we were on the street for about 20 minutes and had to make a mobile phonecall for someone to come and let us in. There was no drama, just make sure that you make specific arrangements for access. |

The rooms were clean and very nice looking. The design of the rooms was excellent The shower made the bathroom floor get considerabley wet, but hey, you're not the one that has to clean it up. |

The Urban Suites had only just opened when we stayed there for 5 nights. There were a few minor finishing details that needed attending too and the staff were prompt and extremely helpful in dealing with this.Our room was contemporary and light with efficient air-con which was much needed due to a hot spell. The suite included a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, a flat screen tv in both the lounge and bedroom, and was in a quiet side street. The location of this accomodation is superb, it is only a minute walk to Tarragon Metro Station, making it easy to travel to any part of the city. It is also just down the road from Sants Estacio, a train station that has rural trains should you wish to have a day trip outside of the city |

La chambre quasi neuve, son espace et son confort ainsi que la tranquilité du quartier. Le parking souterrain, prestation essentielle à Barcelone. Une situation peu excentrée sauf pour le parc Montjuich proche, sinon il y a une station de métro à proximité pour rejoindre rapidement le centre de Barcelone. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado del hotel, es el diseño, la comodidad al hacer la reserva, la tranquilidad de donde esta situado y a la vez muy cerca del centro. El precio del parking me parece excesivo y pagar un plus por el servicio de limpieza, opino que se deberia incluir en el precio. |

Design très moderne, emplacement intéressant, parking, personnel très sympathique et disponible. Insonnorisation très mauvaise d'une pièce à l'autre et surtout d'un appartement à l'autre. on entend les voisins discuter même à voix "normale". |

Struttura nuovissima, molto elegante e completa di tutto (asciugacapelli, forno microonde, tostapane, DVD etc.) Il costo della pulizia finale di € 45,00 non era specificato nella prenotazione effettuata on line e nemmeno sul totale da versare. Mi è stato comunicato solo al momento del check in. |

die Lage in der Nähe der Plaza Espana ist günstig, das Auto ist sicher in der Tiefgarage geparkt ( teuer, jedoch üblich in Barcelona ), nette Besitzerinnen die bemüht sind den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten, modern und funktional eingerichtet Diese Anlage ist nagelneu: die Ausstattung der Appartments war noch nicht 100% komplett, Kleinigkeiten wie Handtuchhalter, Haarfön, Decke für kalte Nächte fehlten noch. |

Las instalaciones y mobiliario son todos nuevos y muy modernos. El trato con el personal fue muy bueno y los apartamentos están ubicados bastante cerca de Plaza de España y de la estación de Sanz, en una zona muy tranquila. Además tiene una parada de metro muy cerca. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la limpieza del apartamento, tuvimos que pagar un suplemento por la limpieza que se realiza tras nuestra salida y había polvo y no habían cambiado las sábanas de sofá-cama. Eso si, el personal de hotel nos solucionó el problema de las sábanas rápidamente. |

Gli appartamenti sono nuovi e ben tenuti,c'è molto silenzio e tranquillità. Le stanze non sono mai state rifatte in 3 giorni e gli asciugamani del bagno mai cambiati.Al check in ho dovuto pagare in anticipo le stanze con 35 € in più non previste nella presentazione del sito,per le pulizie...). |

La comodidad del apartamento en general y su situación. Que el dia de la salida no hubo nadie del personal del hotel. Tuvimos que dejar las llaves bajo una puerta, y no pudimos tampoco hacer el pago en persona ni solicitar factura, sino que a los 2 dias lo cobraron mediante la tarjeta que dejamos en depósito al llegar. |

Es muy confotable, se encuentra cerca de la estacion de trenes, de estacion del metro. Tiene cerca varios lugares agradables para comer. Las instalaciones del apartamento son muy confortables. La atencion es maravillosa. El precio es bastante justo. |

L'amabilité et la serviabilité de Max qui nous a accueilli. Le design, la propreté, je devrais dire la "neuveté" de tout. Une super literie tant par le confort que par la taille (180). Le calme, aucun bruit dans l'hôtel et une excellente isolation.Un appartement bien situé, très agréable dans lequel nous nous sentions chez nous et où nous reviendrons volontiers. Tout était tellement neuf que le linge, toilette, draps et torchons n'avaient pas été lavés et ça nous n'avons pas aimé du tout. Il fallait "essuyer les plâtres". C'est fait ! Avec des serviettes de toilette, des draps et des torchons qui sentent le propre, ce sera le "must" pour nos successeurs. Toujours dans le même registre et parce que je trouve la proprété confortable, il serait bon également de prévoir un minimum de produit d'entretien pour ce qui est douche, lavabo, wc et évier cuisine. Et puis peut-être, une petite boisson fraîche en signe de bienvenue, ce serait sympa aussi, une idée comme ça... |

c'est un appartement qui est vraiment de qualité et le personnel de même!! Les photos sur le site correspondent a 100% a la realité aucune deception. En plus le parking est tres appréciable dans barcelonne, aucune crainte pour la voiture, il est fermé. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Il y a en plus une station de metro a deux pas! Notre séjour a barcelonne a été terrible et cet appart y est pour beaucoup!! |
