Hotel staff were extremely helpful. Superb location for catching train from Estacion Francio and we were able to leave luggage all day (there's no left luggage at train station). |

Nothing ... The Staff was horrible ... we got kicked out on the 2nd day because we were laughing in our room while we were chatting with our mother on the phone telling her about our day. The man that was in charged of the front desk at night was so nasty all the time to us. We were 3 woman staying in this hotel where we could not even talk because he would knock on our door every 5min. We only stayed at the hotel 3 days out of the 8 that I had booked for because we were so scared all the time. This hotel was a nightmare !!!!!! |

It was easy to find from the train station. The room was pleasant with a view of the park. There was significant reconstruction going on in the building so we could not take the elevator up to the hotel. There was also reconstruction going on outside which was extreemly noisy. Most of the staff did not speak english. |

Excellent location, affordable for the quality of hotel, very friendly and informative staff. Very amenable to early check-in, late check-out, and luggage storage. The hotel was acceptably clean, but there were signs that cleaning practices were perhaps not as thorough as they should be - buildup of water damage and mould in shower tiles, for example. |

extremely friendly staff not all rooms have much windows which makes some of them somewhat claustofobic. Tip: go easy on the citrus essence used to freshen up the rooms |

The hotel has a good localization, near to everything. But the staff were very rude all the time, we couldn't even ask for them an information. Maily the girls from reception were rude. Change the girls from reception!!! They are not prepared to be there. |

The hotel is really nice, well located and offers and good quality/price ratio. It is preferable to have a room with a terrace but other rooms are correct. I think it's a good place to be for a week-end and for people who wants to discover the city. The hotel is located at the 2nd floor of the 22 Passeig Picasso, the entrance is nice and besides a spa. What I disliked is that there is no lift, so, if you have a heavy luggage it is not easy for some people to carry their luggage upstairs. |

Its in a great position for the old quarter with some good restaurants nearby and the tourist bus stops almost outside. not really, there were road works outside when we stayed but the noise was minimal. The aircon could be a bit noisy. |

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel prior to leaving on a cruise. The room was a typical European sized room that was nicely decorated. We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to the port and because of the low cost. The antiqueted lift was hard to operate the first time, but after being showed how it worked it was not a problem. |

Triunfo is a great place to stay prior to or after a cruise leaving from the Barcelona port. The rooms are typical European size and styled rooms and are priced right for budget travelers. The entry way and lift are difficult to navigate the first time visiting but are not as inconvenient as they appear. |

The hotel is in a very good location, very near nord station and still quite central. we felt the area was safe and clean. The hotel is small, all on one floor but it is excellent for a short city break. The reception is very close to the rooms so of course there is bound to be some noise. Would have preferred to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room |

The location is very good, saves a lot of money for cabs and metro. Hotel services and facilities are very minimal. Internet access is very missing, and the closest internet cafe we found was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. |

Het is goed bereikbaar en de ligging is prima. Daarnaast is er 24 uur per dag iemand aanwezig. Niet alle personeelsleden spreken engels. Vind ik wel belangrijk als je in de hotelbranch werkt! |
