Location ideal - immediately outside metro station and within easy walking distance of la Rambla and the warerfront areas. Very friendly and helpful staff, and good bedroom facilities. The breakfast provision was disappointing but I understand it was usual for a hotel in Spain. The bar was very busy at 6:30pm but cleared out by 8pm as people moved out for dinner or other entertainment, |

Good Value for Money, staff, rooms and the restaurant was all very good. One can feel noise in the night but it is relatively less than other areas. We stayed on the 7th floor & close to all amenities. |

My wife and I enjoyed the hotel. The lobby was understated but professional. The staff was engaging and hospitable. The bathroom was very nice and modern. The breakfast which we had included seemed like a good deal. There are two things that we did not like about the hotel. First, we stayed for 6 nights and the beds were not comfortable and slid acroos the floor when you sat up in them. Secondly, although the breakfast buffet was good, it was the same every day with very little change from day to day. |

The room was very clean, quiet, very good location. Just 10min walk to get the bus tour, but I really recommend using the transportation system, it's very good and easy to understand. Besides the tube station is just outside the hotel. I suprised, but the staff was so helpful, if you want to ask any directions or open hours of any place of interest, they are willing to help. And most important - they speak very good English, so it's easy for international travellers. Brilliant, I would really recommend this hotel. Everythings was very good, I have no complaints. |

Everything was fine except the wireless internet did not work anywhere in the hotel! We told reception and they provided us with a cable (for a 10 Euro deposit) which was so slow it was not worth using. Very frustrating. Also avoid staying in the corner room on the 6th floor (619 I think), very loud noises throughout the day and night coming from somewhere, sounded like banging and moving of furnature. We reported this and they did not know where the noise was coming from so we were moved to the 7th floor. |

The room was wonderfully comfortable and we had free internet access both wireless and a computer available in the lobby. I had 2 situations with the maid services: one day they forgot to refill the toiletries and another time they only came in late in the afternoon. |

The service from the doorman who greeted us to the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful answering questions about where to go in the city. Our room was spacious, clean and decorated very nice. |

It is a very good hotel for access to the city centre. Metro outside hotel proves very handy. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. the view from the hotel room left nothing to the imagination. A dirty apartment block with washing hanging from balconies almost touching your room terrace. We had to keep the door locked and curtains closed all the time we were there. |

The hotel was excellent value. It was very clean and the staff were very, very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend it.It is just a few minutes away from The Rambla and very convenient. |

We arrived early following our cruise and were able to check our luggage and sightsee until check in. Conveniently located and we were able to see many sights by walking. Free wireless computers in the lobby for our use. No place in the hotel to get a cup of coffee before 7:30 am. That was perhaps the hardest mattress that I have ever tried to sleep on. |

The bed was very hard and not a good quality bed at all and the towels were like sandpaper which was a pity because otherwise the hotel is excellent. The most important part of a holiday is having a comfortable bed after a long day walking around! |

big clean room,everything seems to be new inside,quiet,(but we stayed at floor 7),very close to centre,metro station exactly outside the hotel( st. palal.lel-line 3),helpful and kind staff,rich breakfast( it costs 15euro pes person.if you are able to eat much it worths.also there are super markets very close-ronda de pau-) also it says that check-in is at 3 o'clock but we arrived at 10:30 and they gave us a room immediately :) also they can keep your baggages after leaving the room (you must do this at 12 exactly) until the time you want even though the room was clean the towels in the bathroon smelled a little bit strange.at first we thought they had dustn them but all the towels we used for 6 days smelled the same. the second thing I didn't like was that there was not a balcony(we knew that),so at least we would like to be able to open the whole windows but we couldn't,only from the top |
