I liked it because it was the same like I saw in the site bookiing.com. The situation of the hotel is very close to the beach and metro station. So you'll never loose your way to the hotel! Only one thing. I was choosing the hotel with the open swimming pool and it was in it but did not work. Anfortunatelly it is closed in cold time but no where was told about it. |

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location was perfect and the room was big and clean.The staff was helpful and helped with our questions. The bed wasn’t comfortable (we had twin beds). |

Excellent location - 5 mins from Las Ramblas and next to a metro stop. Great views from rooftop. Very clean and good size room. Some of the staff at the check in desk have an attitute problem. Rooftop pool closes at 8 - far too early. Many problems with key for hotel door not opening, not dealt with satisfactorily. "Double bed" is two singles pushed together. |

Very friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. A few steps to metro station. Two metro stops to the center of La Ramblas. Wood floor. Clean and spacious private bathroom. |

The staff were very so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located outside metro stop. I would highly reccmmend this hotel - i can't say anything bad about it - stay there! |

Nice good-size room, metro is just outside the hotel which is very convenient. Windows are not so good and the street is very noisy; poor selection of TV channels - there was just one in English and one in French with the rest in Spanish and Catalonian. |

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We asked to be moved from a room on the front of the hotel to one on the back. The front looks out directly onto a 6-lane road and is very noisy. We didn't sleep much the first night, but then we were moved to the back, which was much quieter. Also the roof terrace closes at 8pm which is a great pity as it would be lovely to be able to go up there at night to see the city lights. |

No Hotel was great. It was your booking confirmation that confused me. I hadn't realised that I'd booked the same room at two different rates but hotel staff were very understanding and consequently supportive. |

Great location in my opinion for singles, couples or family. The hotel staff where very helpful and welcoming. The room was very big and though facing the high street with the windows open the noise was minimal. I will always stay here if I visit Barcelona again. Very close to La Ramblas and city center and metro a stonethrow away. Excellent hotel that added to myself and my girlfriend's memorable visit to Barcelona. Fantastico!!!! Nothing to fault the hotel!!!! Only wish I could have stayed more days in Barcelona.. |

- easy access to/from airport (by train/metro) and city center (10 min walk), port, parc montjuic; nice view from the top, nice pool on the top (small, but nice!) on a major road ... so very noisy |

I really enjoyed the staff and the facilities I felt it was too expensive - euros translated into $233 Cad, I know of people that stayed for 1/2 that, so I'm dissappointed for being overcharged, and we had no view. |

Everything was just perfect!!! Everything was better than I thought!!! The metro station is just outside the Hotel.Breakfast was just great!!! The room was cleaning everyday and the towels etc was changed whenever I asked it. Everyone in the the reception desk was speaking English. |

Breakfast was good, and the staff there were friendly. Brilliant location, just beside metro stop. Very clean. Reception man not very friendly on check-in. (felt a bit like he was looking down his nose at us!). Our room was facing direct traffic, extremely noisy, got no sleep first night. Hair-dryer always stopped working after about 30 seconds. |

I found the staff very helpful. My suitcase was lost for two days and the staff were very understanding and helpful and called the airport several times for me to check on the progress of the suitcase and they kept me informed all the time. |
