The freedom of having an apartment instead of a Hotel and the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff. Although the apartment is advertised to accomodate 6 people there are not enough facilities to accomodate more than 4. It was not very clean, shower curtain was disgusting and It was very noisy. |

The staff were polite and helpful at the office The quality of the apartment was lower than i expected. It was quite basic. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. It was very noisy at night. Could hear people washing dishes, singing, banging things. There was only one tv station, which was in catalan. There was no local information/directory provided in the apartment. |

Nice apartments located nearby the downtown. Clean and comfortable. The staff speaks very good english and are very helpful finding your way trough Barcelona. Barcelona is a noisy town, but yet those apartments need better insulation. |

It was located near the city centre There was a constant noise (every 10 minutes or so) in my room, which could be heard throughout the apartment, making it difficult to sleep. The noise came from the cables attached to the wall and I'm not sure what it was. It was constant. |

nice spacious appartment with everything that a family needs (or rather 2 families). I liked its veranda, its proximity to the city centre and generally the whole set up of the appartment. one night we needed the air-conditioning and it made a rather annoying noise. |

The price for 6 adults was great. Overall great value. Despite the negatives listed below, I would stay at these apartments again. The walls are thin and you can hear noises throughout the entire complex, even at all hours of the night. Also, its about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. |

The apartment was clean and spacious. It had 2 baths, so we were able to get ready faster. There is a good bakery in the same block, a small market a block away,as well as, good reasonable restaurants within 3 to 4 blocks. The apartment lacked the usual supplies. There was only 1 cracked cup.There was no broom or kettle, extra blankets, or heat. My daughter complained that she couldn't sleep at night due to the fact that she got the noisy, street facing bedroom |

the location, space and helpful person at the main office the fact that only one front door key was given. this made it difficult for individuals staying in the apartment to make independent plans. the apartment was not properly cleaned - especially tiled floors in the bedrooms were visibly dirty. also, no change of towels was made over 4 nights. instructions about heating and hot water were not made clear. |

The rooms were clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had a few restaurants nearby. Location from the Metro. And that you had to go to Ara-munt Apartments to get your keys before you can go to the apartment. They also don't clean your place up every day. Nevertheless, if you will spend more than a few days in Barcelona, it should be no problem to stay here. |

The apartment was roomy and central enough to be within walking distance of the Metro station and other attractions, but sufficiently far from the centre to be quiet. The staff who booked us in were surprised that we were seeking to pay in cash - comments by previous travellers had lead us to believe this was required. |

Lo mejor de los apartamentos es la ubicación (a pesar de la dificultad de encontrar aparcamiento) y la independencia que aporta. Sería necesario renovar las ventanas, puesto que el aislamiento, tanto de frío como de ruido de la calle, es malo. |
