Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

All guests must call the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation at least 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to confirm arrival times and the address to pick up the keys. In addition, all guests must provide a phone number or email address to be contacted at all times.
Key Collection:
The key collection address depends on the time and date of arrival.
Regular days, from 09:00 to 23:45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner).
From 00:00 until 09:00 in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca).
Public holidays, from 09:00 to 13:45 and from 16:00 to 18:45 in Aramunt (60 Carrer Muntaner).
At any other arrival time, check-in takes place in the reception of the Hotel Balmes (216 Carrer Mallorca).

The freedom of having an apartment instead of a Hotel and the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff. Although the apartment is advertised to accomodate 6 people there are not enough facilities to accomodate more than 4. It was not very clean, shower curtain was disgusting and It was very noisy. |

The staff were polite and helpful at the office The quality of the apartment was lower than i expected. It was quite basic. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. It was very noisy at night. Could hear people washing dishes, singing, banging things. There was only one tv station, which was in catalan. There was no local information/directory provided in the apartment. |

Nice apartments located nearby the downtown. Clean and comfortable. The staff speaks very good english and are very helpful finding your way trough Barcelona. Barcelona is a noisy town, but yet those apartments need better insulation. |

It was located near the city centre There was a constant noise (every 10 minutes or so) in my room, which could be heard throughout the apartment, making it difficult to sleep. The noise came from the cables attached to the wall and I'm not sure what it was. It was constant. |

nice spacious appartment with everything that a family needs (or rather 2 families). I liked its veranda, its proximity to the city centre and generally the whole set up of the appartment. one night we needed the air-conditioning and it made a rather annoying noise. |

The price for 6 adults was great. Overall great value. Despite the negatives listed below, I would stay at these apartments again. The walls are thin and you can hear noises throughout the entire complex, even at all hours of the night. Also, its about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. |

The apartment was clean and spacious. It had 2 baths, so we were able to get ready faster. There is a good bakery in the same block, a small market a block away,as well as, good reasonable restaurants within 3 to 4 blocks. The apartment lacked the usual supplies. There was only 1 cracked cup.There was no broom or kettle, extra blankets, or heat. My daughter complained that she couldn't sleep at night due to the fact that she got the noisy, street facing bedroom |

the location, space and helpful person at the main office the fact that only one front door key was given. this made it difficult for individuals staying in the apartment to make independent plans. the apartment was not properly cleaned - especially tiled floors in the bedrooms were visibly dirty. also, no change of towels was made over 4 nights. instructions about heating and hot water were not made clear. |

The rooms were clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and had a few restaurants nearby. Location from the Metro. And that you had to go to Ara-munt Apartments to get your keys before you can go to the apartment. They also don't clean your place up every day. Nevertheless, if you will spend more than a few days in Barcelona, it should be no problem to stay here. |

The apartment was roomy and central enough to be within walking distance of the Metro station and other attractions, but sufficiently far from the centre to be quiet. The staff who booked us in were surprised that we were seeking to pay in cash - comments by previous travellers had lead us to believe this was required. |

the apartment was very dirty. The settee needs immediate replacement. The shower curtains are useless. The lobby area is dirty. The lift is dirty. Teh staircase is dirty. |

отель - обычные (испанские) квартиры, оборудованы, ухожены, в заявленном 6-ти местном номере спокойно разместилось бы 8-10 чел. самый большой минус - очень трудно найти ключи от номера даже зная испанский язык. что делать англо-русско идр говорящему - большой вопрос. еще один чисто совдеповский момент: на карточке блокируют 150 евро на случай, если в номере что-либо разобьем-поламаем, но...при отъезде мы должны были сдать ключи проверяющему, которого небыло. будет обидно, если этот самый проверяющий случайно заденет какую-нибудь вазочку, а с нас снимут совершенно законно неустойку (я предупреждала, менталитет совдеповский). других причин к чему-либо придраться нет, живите с удовольствием. |

Appartamento con due camere doppie più altri due posti letto in soggiorno, due bagni e una piccola cucina. La posizione è ottima, nel cuore dell'Eixample izquierdo, zona con alta densità di locali ed esercizi gay ma tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte. In un quarto d'ora si raggiunge plaza catalunya, e da lì le ramblas. In zona c'è un'ampia scelta di ristorantini con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Soluzione ottimale per famiglie o amici. Arredamento spartano, non nuovissimo. |
