Rules regarding appropriate behaviour and security in the apartments will be explained at check in, and must be complied with. Non-compliance may result in the early termination of the booking.
Apartments are cleaned and provided with fresh linen and towels prior to check in (cot linen not provided). A cleaning service is provided for stays of more than 7 days. The apartment must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of stay.

Joel, the owner/manager, was friendly, and very helpful. We had a duplex apartment with one bathroom and one toilet, a large private terrace, fully functional kitchen - so we were very happy with the facilities. The apartment was two minutes walk from the Placa Espanya Metro station, and the Line 3 took us to most places we were interested in. We would definitely stay here again. |

Clean rooms, fully equipped apartment (incl. washer and dish washer), perfect for families of 5. 2 Min walk from metro (lines L1, L3 and L8). Small supermarket oposite of the street and large shopping area one block away. Enjoyed the daily fountain show on Montjuic on 3 min walk. Tiny and low shower (too small for my 1.80m), bathroom OK. |

the appartment was really new, very clean and complete. Everything you need for a few days is available. The owner (Joel) is very friendly and service minded. When we had to clean our blanket on the bed because of our little daughter's bleeding nose, the owner fixed it the same day after our phone-call. A light that didn't work, was also fixed on the same day. Super service! |

Very clean, lots of room, not too far from city center, many small groceries etc. nearby, possibility to walk to Montjuic, the Seaside etc. As usual, if you really want to use the kitchen: no lids for the pots. Also the Wifi signal can be quite low in some rooms of the appartment. |

Great location, very close to metro (Placa de Espanya), and still quiet neighborhood. Two balkonys, two bathrooms! Tidy, clean, comfortable. It had everything that a 5-member-family needed and even more. The right adress is Carre de Princep Jordi 14. On booking.com-website there was something else. |

Inside the appartment every thing was good and all we needed were provided.The gentelman who gave us the appartment was very nice also. The location is terrible, at the end of a street which is not a good place, but as soon as you come out of this streetmetro station is there and you have easy access to all atractions. |

We have had a great time in this appartment of a private family. There were two double rooms, one single room, two complete bath rooms, a fully equiped kitchen (including a washing machine and a dish washer) and a nice sitting room. There is a private area to sit outside. All the rooms are at the ground floor. It is less than 10 minutes walking down hill to the underground station Paral-lel at Avenida Paral-lel and less than 20 minutes walking to the famous street La Rambla. From the underground station Paral-lel is a free connection by funicular, a kind of mountain tram, to the famous hill Montjuic. From this hill it is less than 10 minutes walking down hill to the appartment. The neigbourhood Poble Sec is great, but not touristical at all It would be better when the owner of the appartment has offered us at least two towels per person instead of only one and the beds could have had better quality. The first impression about the appartment is one of luxury, but when you open the closets e.g. you find simple plates etc. That could be better. For the rest we felt ourselves immediately at home in the appartment. |

very nice clean and comfortable apartment that has just about everything a family needs when visiting Barcelona for few days.City center is not too far, all grocery shops and supermarkets are in the neighborhood. Owner is realy a nice and very helpful guy although we saw him on twice (at check-in and check-out) Nothing, It was great.Best money value deal we made during this family vacation. They can easily accommdate families with 3 or even 4 children, don't understant why they insist on only 4 people. |

Very nice luxury appartment with dish washer, oven, American fridge and freezer, two bathrooms, rain shower, bubble bath, large flatscreen sattelite TV, free wireless internet. 10 minute walk from/to the harbor, 20 min to Ramblas and Barceloneta. Very quiet neighborhood just outside the busy centre! Close to metro station. The bed's mattresses were a bit of a challenge to some guests. |

Fin och fräsch lägenhet med bra läge nära pl. Espanya med närhet till Metro. Ekonomiskt bra alternativ när man är många i familjen. Modern inredd med TV o internetkoppling som användes flitigt. BarcaTV var en populär TV-kanal.Bra med två badrum. |

Ottima posizione nella città. Molto silenzioso e tranquillo. Appartamento ben attrezzato con ogni genere di accessori utili. Dal website sembrava trattarsi di una catena organizzata di residences: si trattava invece di un singolo appartamento privato in un condominio d'epoca. Interessante per il contatto con la vita reale della città, ma un po' spiazzante al momento dell'accoglienza. |

Lägenheten perfekt i storlek för vår familj, modern, ren och snygg, samt bra planerad. Bra utrustning och allt fungerade. Satelit TV och trådlöst internet var perfekt för barnen när vi pausade en stund på eftermiddagen, för att samla kraft för kvällens äventyr. Bra läge, nära till tunnelbana och gågata med restauranger och matbutiker som hade öppet sent. Enkelt och nära att ta sig till Camp Nou med tunnelbanan. Lägenhetsägaren trevlig och mycket hjälpsam. Hörde av sig till oss innan vi åkte, för att stämma av. Bra. |

La situation, la surface habitable très convenable, l'équipement généralement assez complet (cuisine complète, tv, toutes commodité, 2 salles de bains, 2 wc, etc...) L'équipement est complet mais parfois très basique. La literie par exemple est ok car elle est neuve, mais on sens bien que c'est du premier prix et d'ici quelques temps, ce sera inconfortable. De plus l'insonorisation est inexistante... On vit avec les voisins et la rue... Ma compagne au sommeil léger a été contrainte de dormir avec boules quies! |
