The hotel was very modern, there were plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby, and the transport links to anywhere in the city were within 200 yards. |

I liked the centralness of the hotel and the safe area it was in....shopping was all around. The staff were nice but not very efficient in english and when giving directions, they came out wrong, not very helpful in that catagory. |

We, a couple stayed here for 4 nights. We liked the hotel and its location. Evertything was quite OK. The only improvement would be the cleaning personnel that started of every morning at 8 vacuum cleaning the corridors. |

The hotel location was good and we were lucky to get a balcony room on the Avenue - which was nice to sit out on an have a glass of Cava. The breakfast was okay - but not as nice as the President Hotel where we stayed on our first night. We were moved to the President Hotel on our first evening so had 2 check ins to undertake in the 4 days we were in Barcelona which was a little unfortunate. |

This hotel represents true value for money.Hotel was recently refurbished .The rooms are bright and airy and some have a small balcony.Staff are naturally friendly and professional.It is located in a nice part of barcelona with easy access to both metro and buses.This hotel does not have a gym,pool,conference rooms etc .If it did it would be a four star establishment.Rooms are super quiet and relaxing. Perhaps another internet terminal .But take your laptop if you need internet for business |

The location was okey and the staff friendly. It was not expensive. Rather a budget hotel than a boutique hotel. The colour scheme in the room depressive with black ceiling. The bathroom rather high-tech design than comfort. |

The design of the rooms was particularly good. The space was used very well in order to create the best atmosphere. Tv channels were only in Spanish. There is a nice tv but it is difficult to find anything interesting to watch. |

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The architechture of the building itself was gorgeous, and the rooms were also beautifully designed in modern style. I thought we would be farther out from the centre of action than we actually were. In fact, we were quite close to everything we wanted to see and the tourist bus stop was directly across the street, which made it easy for us to use the bus for all of our needs. It took about 10 minutes to walk to Rambla de Catalunya and about 20 to get to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas. Both internet and printing were free, which we appreciated since we needed to check in online and print our boarding passes. Great hotel for the price. Avinguda Diagonal is a very busy street during the day, but not much is open close to the hotel at night, so when we got in late it took us awhile to find anything to eat (there is no restaurant onsite). It also took us awhile to find a convenience store to buy water, etc. |
