We chose the Zenit for it's location to visit friends in the area. It is a safe area away from city centre but with easy access using buses or trains. The local bars and restaraunts are more traditionally Catlan and are the better for it. |

The staff was very approachable. the rooms were very new and comfortable. The furniture and appliances were modern and well maintained. our room had a small balcony as well and the location was great. We were just 15 minutes from the city centre. Also it was good value for money. The rooms were a bit small. |

Room for double was very, very small and not view to the street, info on your website is not accurate to reality. Internet wi-fi was very poor. Way too expensive for a 4 stars hotel that do not deserve the stars. I booked double for 2 people and my husband could not come, price was not reduced as room was then for single. No room service on weekends, amenities in bathroom poor and no kettle for the or coffee was offered. No worth the price, not even for the location because it was away from metro. |

The hotel staff were very efficient. The hotel was clean and functional and well situated - convenient for buses and underground and near to restaurants and cafes. It would have been nice to have some information about Barcelona - getting around and what is in the area of interest. |

Very good breakfast. Mass transit easily available (14th bus stops by the front door and goes to city center and the beach). Shopping centers near by. Overall very good. Slightly tricky condition. The rooms could be a little bigger. |

Quiet ambient of the hotel, not crowded so you do not feel stressed, location of the hotel, the breakfast and restaurant, one waiter/staff in the restaurant which I do not remember the name is always, in all my stays, very kind,quick and interested. I feel relaxed in this hotel. I stay often ( My name Isil Celik, company Jotun, this reservation made by my collegue Gemma Gonzalez, so the name in the questionaire belongs to her). No quick ironing service in the hotel. |

Really good stay in this small, friendly hotel. Cleaned daily and even folded pj's. Rooms small but fine for a few days stay. Ate in hotel once, not recommended, but walk out of hotel turn left and left again and on right hand side of road is a lovely place that looks a bit like a ship, great food, and brilliant staff. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, these buses are brilliant, take you right round the city and even all the way to the beach. |

Excellent variety and good quality of food, very clean, very quiet, room big enough for family with one child, personal very helpful, nice and polite There were two minor things I did not liked: wi-fi internet connection was a joke, really bad and the air conditioner was blowing into the directions of the beds, which can be sometimes annoying, but both can be fixed and are not really disturbing ... after all, it was my vacation and I did not wanted to spend it on internet, but if you are in a business trip and you cannot live without it ... |

This was a steal at the price on booking.com. It was newly renovated, with a great breakfast you should opt for when reserving, clean and great location. The staff was tremendous and helped us get around Barcelona very easily. The rooms were comfy, too. Even our cot for an extra person was comfy! Definitely stay here if you can get a good rate. It's excellent and I would go back in a heartbeat. |

The breakfast buffet is very good with good choise of fruits, pastry , eggs etc... The bathrooms are well equiped and very well cleaned and the rooms comfortable with good pillows !!! |

The hotel's position. The hotel stays in the centre of city but on the distance of most crowded streets. The restaurant. It has the excellent quality but it is not so mach expensive. The breakfast. It was a bit expensive but very tasty. I liked very much also the possibility to use the Skype from PC in the hotel's lobby. Air-conditioning in the room. I frequently I had to switch it off because I was cold. I tried to regulate it but according me my room was too small for its power. |

1. The location of the Hotel, is centrally located; 2. the Hotel itself; 3. the room itself, was double, spacious enough, tv, big and exquisite bathroom, nice furniture, clean; 4. the staff itself, all the receptionists (men/women) were professional 1. In the reservation email from booking.com, was not mentioned that is necessary to bring the payment card with me, as a confirmation that I am the owner of the transaction. 2. If the payment is done with somebody else card, (like mother,father etc.) is necessary to prove this also at check in. 3. This part was unpleasant, since the payment was done in advance and was non refundable. 4. However, the receptionist said this rule is valid only within Spain and Brazil. 5. Would be nice that the customers to know this information in advance of the check in. 6. the most important thing: we booked and paid a double room. They gave us a single room and they were saying is double. I asked for fairness, and they changed the room to a double room. |

Comparing to other 4 star hotels, this hotel is way too nice and confortable and decent. Also, its location is quiet and beautiful and yet close to the center. I definetely advise other travellers. Sir at the desk was too kind and helpful.(Diğer 4 yıldızlı otellere kıyasla çok güzel ve temiz bir otel, konforlu ve şık; lokasyonu da güzel.) |

The hotel was very modern and well designed. The location was good for local shops, and interesting local buildings. We were delighted to be staying in such a trendy hotel for the price. Food was great and staff professional. Slightly small rooms for families, and not suitable for lively children with the modern design. |
