Nice and clean rooms for very reasonable price. Parking is at additional fee (was e15/day at 9/09). You can leave the car at the day of check-out up to midnight. Restaurant is on premises. Hotel staff does speak English (but restaurant staff does not). 24/7 access to hotel and garage. Not that I did not like it but one thing is to keep in mind that restaurant is closed on Sundays. It happened to get heavy rain on our last day in Barcelona, and it happened right on Sunday :) Another one is that garage is underground with reasonable small parking spots. For people like me it's ok, but some others can have really bad time trying to park car there. |

It is in a very quiet street. About 5 minute walk from Metro station Hospital Clinic and about 15 minutes walk from Passeigh de Gracia (main road in Barcelona) and about 30 minutes walk from Place de Catalunia. Very pleasant reception personnel and well accomodated hotel room. WiFi on the hotelroom is for free but for the computer in the lobby you have to pay (approx 2 euro per 15 minutes) It still takes quite some time to get into the Centre of Barcelona. |

it's situated in the nice part of the city, not far from the historical city center but without crowds of tourists. It's also in walking distance from the area where some night clubs are situated (15-20 mins) and also close to shopping area. The stuff was very friendly. |

The staff was very attentive after one terrible night. We checked in and our room air conditioner was inoperative on a hot Spanish night. The door would not lock. The staff explained that they turned off the air conditioning on some floors during the weekend |

Very elegant, nice hotel, deserves 4 stars. We were put to a very small room, facing a small, lightless courtyard. Thus the room was rather dark. |

The position. Very central but in the quieter and more elegant area of the city, a few metro stations away from the noisy turistic area. Underground is just 5 min walking and it is also possible to reach the beautiful shopping areas of Passeig de Gracia or Diagonal with a 20 min walk. The room was also very cleaned and the modern and elegant design of the hotel give you a good feeling. I booked this hotel also for the wi-fi available for the guests. Instead, there was just one broken computer in the hall. They intended the wireless in the rooms available, but I didn´t take the pc with me, so the availability of their wireless was useless. And very annoying! |

This is a great hotel, very helpful staff, excellent facilities, centrally located. The parking entrance is very narrow, drivers must proceed with care. |

It was worth for the money spent. I didn't like the fact that I had to deposit 50 euros while I paid the whole amount for my stay for four nights since I didn't bring my credit card. |

The room was clean, well decorated and it had air conditioning and access to a balcony. The restaurant food was only adequate, food was sent out cold and one of my orders was mixed up. It was closed on Sunday which was not stated on the menu, or room information, or at the desk. |

The room and staff were good and I had no complaints. The bathroom was let down by having a sink plug too small to keep the water in the basin whilst washing or shaving. The shower head was too heavy and would not stay in position and kept flopping down. Small things but all to often the cases in hotels. |

Clean and nice rooms, Nice breakfast. The air condition only worked when you put down your key card inside the room. Everytime we came to the room it was hot and it took almost 1 h to make comfortable, |

The breakfast was excellent, you could not expect more. The room was big and clean. Even though most of the staff did not speak fluently English, most of them tried their best in helping and guiding you, which made it to a pleasent experience. Though the staff were the kindest, then it would have been more pleasent, if they had an international language. |

The bathroom contents is substantial. A comb, toothbrush, body-soap..., and transformer consent. There is only one machine which can use internet on front floor, and its expensive. 15min / 2 euro. |

An excellent price for a hotel of this quality, if you don't mind being located a little outside the main tourist area. Wifi signal in my room was very weak, I had to go down to the lobby to get a reliable connection. |

The location is excellent. Not away fro the city center and near a train station. The room was comfort. By staying at Zenit Borrell we had the promotion of free entrance at the Barcelona's Gran Casino. |

Close enough to metro station "Hospital Clinic". Clean. Staff is helpfull. The bathroom is big. The room is small. The superior room is same size as a regular double room. The only difference is a balcony. There are only a small table and two non-comfortable chairs on the balcony. Nothing else. No tea/coffe facilities in the room. |

Decent breakfast, early check-in possible, size of room is nice. Sub-par quality of materials in room (e.g. only one mirror in the whole room, located in the bathroom, only for people smaller than 1m70 - if you're taller, you need to bend over to see yourself), small tv with no international channels, an uncomfortable bed, staff not especially friendly, a lot of noise in the rooms (although this might only be for the room I was in), air conditioning was not... |
