The cleaning service was excellent. I liked to location and the room I originally was booked in was not good, so they changed me with no problem. |

The hotel was really well appointed - especially for the price we paid. The staff were generally helpful. This looks like it could be a 5 star hotel, but of course some of the services are missing. The restaurant was also excellent and good value for money. The area it was located in was not so great, but only a 15 minute walk away from the main attractions. |

2 bottles of water each day and a minie fridge to keep them in and bar prices not to expensive As in most hotels theres only just enough room to go 2 the toilet |

close location to the bilbao, and not too far from the old town. is a standard business hotel, with a lot of rooms, the staff do the best they can. was very noisy - could hear people in the rooms next door and the corridor. |

Ease and pleasantness of location. quiet part of the city. Relaxed atmosphere.Good food The lack of fluent spoken English was a little difficult; however, reception staff were friendly and very helpful |

Very nice hotel, great location near the river, you can take a stroll along it. Quality continental breakfast, Very curtous staff. Very happy to return anytime. Parking way to expensive at 19.00 euros/day. I parked on the side road, picked up a parking ticket but that was only 12.00 euros/day. My tip is, park on the road. |

this was an excellent hotel experience. Room was confortable. Great value for money. We loved the location. Parking was a little expensive, we thought. In all, it was an excellent choice for La Coruna, a great city. You could work on the coffee...It was not really good... |

Good parking. Bicycles for rent. Good location. Nice interior decoration. Thin walls. Very noisy pipes when other guests used the bahroom. |

The location, the clean rooms. The air conditioning wasn´t working, I complained and the receptionist told me that the whole hotel was off, although the guest next door was using it. |

Rooms were clean, the hotel was well situated within the centre and the staff in reception were very good which is not always the case in spanish hotels reception staff did'nt know how i could buy some merchandise that i had seen in the window at the hotel entrance. |
